The TV did not work for basic channels like C4. I reported this and this wasn't fixed nor acknowledged the next day.

Unique location. Central location. Nice 'retro' feel about the hotel.

Am sure that could have secured 'extra's' via reception ie drinks , snacks etc. Did miss the mini bar , availability of a breakfast etc & whilst I'm sure that something could have been arranged it is less than evident so you can feel a little isolated from these home comforts so to speak.

The Service at the Rotunda in Birmingham was exemplary, the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. From the moment we arrived the experience was a pleasent one. When we got to the room we were both stunned by the view, and the facilities were wonderful, comfortable stylish furniture complimented the custom designed decor and we very much enjoyed reading about the design and concept of the building in the information pack provided. All in all the experience was fantastic.

In the original room we had the fridge was broken, however the staff offered us milk and use of their fridge, as well as providing money when we needed ice. They even offered to get the ice for us, and when a new room became available they moved us straight over.

"A most convenient location, superb well equipped apartment and amazing views. When spending a little more on accommodation one rarely feels it has been worth it - but in this case it certainly is! Extra special in December / Winter I suspect with the Chrismas Market lights etc."

Overall, very good accomodation, would certainly recommend. Far more flexibility than that provided by a traditional hotel room.

Only slight bad point, is there are only two lifts and there can be abit of a wait to get to your apartment. Stairs aren't really practical when you're on the 19th floor and are laden down with shopping bags.

"We've stayed in alot of hotels in Birmingham City centre and this was a great alternative and something completely different and it has the 'wow' factor! I'd booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loved it."

Views of Birmingham City Centre from the apartment especially at night. Loved the design of the apartment as well e.g. colour scheme.

"This was an excellent apartment, ruined through no fault of the company who control it, because of the other occupants in the building. Hopefully there is some way to improve the soundproofing!"

The beautiful apartment, the view, the location - very central, the oranges!

The other occupants of the building - pounding music until after midnight and yelling and screaming in the hallways at various points up to 5am. Being threatened with an £8 charge if we took the shower gel away - this seemed petty and given the price of the apartment, should be included.

Unique building , location & views. Good value. Decent specification of the Penthouse suite for the price. Ideal location for visitors wanting to explore Birmingham at their leisure & in their own timescales.

Had the feelingwhich I guess is part of the experience & it could have been misplaced in actual fact of slight discomfort that if anything problematic occured with facilities or the room then availability of staff would be in short supply

the apartment style and the location where second to none. Right next to the Bullring @Birmingham although this didn't damage the experience only enhance it. Would definitely stay again and use "urban splash" supported serviced apartments again. The booking process was superb as we also had personal contact from the hotel of confirmation, room style and what we could while there. great.

"WOW!!! Staying Cool at the Rotunda has put alot of Birmingham Hotels and other apartments to shame, a fantastic apartment with great views of the city and five star facilities! The late checkout was a real bonus. Thankyou for a fantastic overnight stay, I just wish it could have been longer. "

Mattress extremely comfortable, very clean, fresh oranges and coffee much appreciated! Bose ipod dock very usefull. Late checkout was a real bonus.

Wardrobe doors were very difficult to open due to slim and solid nature of door handles. When shower was in use a lot of water sprayed out onto the floor as the screen isn't very wide. No microwave despite description saying there was one.
