værelset var meget koldt og ikke rent, detr lå en gammel skraber å badeværelset og fnuller under sengen og kyllingeben i vinduet Der var ingen morgenmad 2 juledag og utroligt koldt i rummet hvor der var morgenmad

"It suited me fine. The place was quiet, obviously because of the time of year. It's an excellent position for the sea front and cafes. Not a place to go if you expect comfortable dining rooms and lounges. Cheap and cheerful."

It was good value and all I needed as I was going to a family party in another hotel. Lucky enough to have a double ro0om to myself and the staff let me lay in till mid-day. Staff friendly and helpful. This is an ideal place for a short stay.

There was no hot water in the bathroom.

not the cleanest hotel in the world but you get what you pay for!

The staff where friendly and helpful from the off and made us feel welcome.

There was no hot water, so when we needed to use the shower etc we had to contact the main desk and wait half hoyur for it to heat!

Convenient location

Front door had cracked pane of glass. Bedroom door had clearly been damaged and recently repaired but not repainted. Room dirty and never cleaned or bin emptied whle I was there 4 nights. Bedding thin. Bathroom grubby - bath had not been cleaned before arrived - remians of soap and shampoo from previous 'guest' still on soap tray. Bathroom never cleaned while I was there. Breakfast room grubby. Staff didn't show up for breakfast on Friday.

The service was excellent,and everything was clean and tidy.

The hotel was being refurbished, so was a bit tatty in places due to this,for instance, we had a brand new lock on our door, but the lock went into the wood on the door frame,there was no metal latch plate,new wood had been put in but not yet painted.

all eletric went off so really had to pay for breakfast twice there was no refund know its not there fault but not minr either

found staff unfriendly and difficult to understand, hotel exterior was very dirty, rubbish overflowing grundons outside room and rubbish spread around walkways.
