"Reasonable stay, though the we have had just as good quality stays at Premier Inn at more than half the price."
Breakfast was excellent, Communal areas were very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly.
The window in the room wouldn't open, the room was to hot as thermostate appeard not to work. We were woken at 6am due to abnging pipes in the room. The room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

Fabulous location for sightseeing and shops
Was expecting more from a four star hilton, if we had paid the standard £170 rate we wouldnt have been happy as small basic room and bathroom and carpet needed replacing but we only paid £60 so cant complain

Nice hotel, very nice location. Great buffet for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
In the reservation breakfast was included. When we went to have breakfast it was not included in the roon rate. Finally I showed the reservation printing and everything was solved.

Room was spacious, although the view was poor. The hotel was clean, and the breakfasts were very good - a buffet system, but the food stayed hot.
Internet access was not available in the room as advertised. The hotel were not able to resolve the problem, and referred me to a free-phone number abroad. That did not resolve it either. Eventually, the hotel told me that most rooms were not able to use the wired system in the rooms, but wireless access was available on the ground floor by accessing an external system.

My reservation for two rooms, reference 107982245 was not honoured. I therefore had to share a room with my companion. I am disgusted that your company could let me down in this way.

the room was of a decent size and was clean and tidy. the hotel was in a good location. the staff were pleasant and helpful
the shower was not great in terms of water pressure. for the price of the stay breakfast should have been included and there should have been decent biscuits in the room. when we arrived there was not enough parking spaces for the two cars in our group.

The main public areas were well presented
The general decor of the room was tired and in need of a makeover. The allocated room was cold throughout the night and overlooked the rear of all the adjoining premises. The externally mounted airconditioning units were continually, and extremely, loud.
