Pleasant staff. Efficient check in and out service. V.good parking facility close to hotel. Hotel/room nice and clean. Both shower and toilet in good working order.
Weather was bad therefore uncovered walk to restaurant rather unpleasant.

"We enjoyed the nights' stay but this hotel would not be suitable for anyone who doesn't like jazz, which was piped into the restaurant. Despite the disco night in the pub we were not disturbed in any way by the music. Lots of parking."
nice location with lovely breakfast. Easy to find and good value for money. Air conditioning control was much appreciated.
No proper shower and the toilet in our room did not flush very well. Also, we did find the room location above the reception area to be quite noisy for part of the evening.

"Would definitely stay here again. It is extremely good value for money. We only experienced breakfast but the food was very good and the service from the staff without fault. If the sun had been shining we would have loved to have had breakfast on the verandah - perfect - but English weather what can we do!!! Our only regret was that we didn't have dinner in the hotel"

"My Daughter booked the room for us from Guernsey online, as we were on the road after visiting the Southampton General Hospital, so we were very pleasantly suprised when we reached the hotel. We were late but the kitchen stayed on and made us a meal, We hope to come and stay here again in the near future, when we have more time in which to enjoy the hotel and surroundings. We found it very clean, the food was good and a very nice cooked Breakfast, the Hotel and surroundings are very peaceful and pleasant. Thank you E B Kreuch. "

very relaxing stay, staff very friendly and helpful, lovely setting, food good. We used to frequent the Concorde club in the 70's, was good to see it again.

too much furniture. I would imagine most people don't need all the chairs and tables and drawer units on a short stay. It would be better to have a bit more floor space.

"Very helpful staff. Good value for money. Good food and good choice at a reasonable price. Fabulous setting in the countryside yet easy to access by any mode of transport bus stop outside going into Eastleigh. Rooms were a good size and looked out onto the gardens."
The food was very good and excellent value for money. The all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Surroundings were very tranquil and I look forward to relaxing on my next visit to the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have also recommended this hotel to the Company I work for.

The hotel served an excellent breakfast, which was taken in very pleasant and interesting surroundings ie The Moldy Fig Bar which was full of pictures of jazz musicians who had played at the Concorde Club in the grounds of the hotel. The hotel had attractive gardens which sided on to a pleasant country park for easy walks. The hotel was quiet - something we appreciate.

Good Value and good breakfast.
Poorly signposted from the road. The club sign is much bigger! You have to risk get wet when you want to take your breakfast.
