The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bar area very relaxing.
Only one bad point really. The lift broke down during our stay scaring the life out of an elderly visitor. They were somewhat dated - the lifts that is!!

food was always overcooked especially vegetables and presentation was poor. couldnt sleep due to noise and creaking in the corridor

the room was boiling hot at night even with the windows open.maybe some air conditioning in the hotel would be better
