"Enjoyed my short stay. Good place to meet up with a friend who works in the area. Food a little limited in the restaurant but enjoyable."
Friendly staff, who were willing to help.
Found the stairs up to my room on the 2nd floor difficult as I have MS, but probably my fault as I should have enquired about this prior to booking.

"Too expensive for the room size. Visitorwise, clean and with helpful staff. Closing the resturant at 9pm is too early, even on Sunday."
Central location, clean, helpful staff.
Room very small for the price. Restaurant closed at 9pm on Sunday which is a pain if you've driven 200+ miles to get there.

The hotel was of great taste when taking the decor and facilities into consieration, the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We ate 1 evening dinner and 2 breakfasts while on our stay and the meals were fantastic if slightly over-priced.
The pay-meter parking is a bit of a pain, however a pay-and-display car park is available at the rear of the hotel

"Overall we loved our stay, the staff were very attentive and always met our needs. The food and drinks were delicious and the decor of the whole establishment was very nice. I think they could make a bigger deal out of the theming which i was impressed by. Also I would have liked to have seen a picture of each of the 13 rooms so that I could make a choice about which one i would prefer."
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, whilst the shower and bath were spacious and lovely to soak in. The staff were friendly and were very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect. The bar was very nice. The breakfast was delicious.
the rooms size was a little undewhelming for the money. we were unable to get out into the bar except by going outside first

Staff was very attentive, from helping us carry bags up to the reception area, helping us plan our trip back to the airport and calling a taxi early on a Sunday morning. We were quite impressed with each staff memeber we met.
