"Bit of confusion during the booking procedure due to a conflict between Internet and telephone bookings, but the owner/manager was a perfect gentleman and was true to his word throughout. Outstanding stay. Would definitely return."

THE HOTEL WAS OF A GENERAL GOOD STANDARD , HOWEVER THE BEDROOM WAS SUPOSED TO BE A DOUBLE AND ALTHOUGH IT HAD A DOUBLE AND A SINGLE BED IN THE ROOM , THE ROOM WAS SMALL. THE SHOWER WAS ALSO SMALL AND THE FIXTURES OF THE SHOWER HEAD WAS LOOSE AND KEPT COMING OFF IN MY HAND. THE TV WAS ADVERTISED AS FREEVIEW AND SATALITTE BUT ONLY HAD BASIC 1 - 5 CHANNELS. THE FLOOR OF THE BEDROOM WAS ALSO HARD AS THE CARPET WAS VERY THIN. THE MAIN BREAKFAST WAS ADVERTISED AS "FULL2. IF THE MORECAMBE PEOPLE THINK THAT ONE RASHER OF BACON , ONE EGG , ONE SAUSAGE AND A HASH BROWN IS FULL THEN THEY MUST BE VERY THIN. OVERALL I PAID

On the seafront, your own front door key.
For the price a cramped noise room with a shower room that you would have difficulty getting in with a cat and no chance to swing it;-. It had the smallest hand basin I have ever seen outside a dolls house.

"We were traveling from the Lake District to Manchester for our return flight home and wanted a place to stay on the way for one night. We did not want to spend much money for this stop. In the sense that we were just looking for an inexpensive stopover point, the hotel met our expectations. If we had planned to spend some time in Morecombe bay, we would have stayed at a better hotel."
It was convenient for our purpose and inexpensive.
The room was not ready at the time promised. The staff was not especially friendly.

Nice spacious room.
Bit chilly in the middle of the night 4am but it was sub zero outside. Internet was a bit too expensive @ £3/ph
