Excellent, friendly welcome and service from all staff. Breakfast very well cooked. Good standard of cleanliness throughout.
Room too small for us and two dogs, if we had been staying more than one night we would have requested a change, no volume on TV and shower cold and wouldn't warm up, despite running for 15 minutes!

Excellent breakfast, pleasant environment, showed Coronation Street on lounge TV!
Room was cold despite small radiator being on, room smelt a little damp, room needed refurb., no light over the sink for shaving.

Land lady was very helpfull. Could not fault the hotel apart from the room that was exstremely basic.
Room was very basic. Requires new decoration and furnicture. Very tired looking. Poor quality.

"Good location, close to the fair ground but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noiose. Tram station nearby for those further away attractions, ie Blackpool Tower, Central Pier and Fleetwood market."

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was warm and clean and adequate for a short stay.
The bathroom door did not close. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning.
