"Poor to our usual standards, but served it purpose !"
None although the staff were pleasant enough
Room not ready on arrival - had to wait over 1 hr. although arrived after check-in time on e-mail. No pillow cases until late evening so could not rest on bed properly after arrival. Room was sprayed with smelly aerosole and also the beds so they felt damp and we could not sit on them to rest until late evening. The bar was poorly stocked with no everyday spirits such as Brandy or Southern Comfort Malt Whiskey and we were told "its not a proper bar during the week only at weekends" !!!!

clean and comfortable
no night time receptionist,there was a guest that wanted to leave early and was shouting,looking for some assistance to leave and woke us up at 06.00am. When we got up at 08.30 no one around to give us breakfast.

"Good, nice room in a very affordable price. You do not have to book 4/5 star hotel if you are looking for a good accommodation and eating outside the hotel. We found this family run small hotel has a great room with 100% clean where you can feel that you are at your home."
Hotel is near to town center and 5 mins away from Bournemouth International Conference. Very good location
Reception area was great, but sofas either need to repalce or need to change covers. It would be great if hotel arrange safe for the guest either in room or in the reception.
