"Overall a very good experience. I particularly like the keyless entry door arrangement. It was like having a site for the price of a hotel room. I certainly would do it again and will re-think my usual City Centre hotel choices."
Within 5 mins walk of Nottingham city centre Good secure parking with lift, well worth the extra £5 Facilities clean and in full working order
The common area lacked a table near a power socket to allow me to work leaving a power lead running across the floor.

"Fully furnished, clean, fully functioning kitchen with microwave, full range of freesat TV channels, large balcony, comfortable, quiet, central to city. Excellent."
Full size 2 bed apartment for the price of a hotel room!

"Overall I was very happy with City Pads and would recommend staying here over any hotel in Nottingham"
For the money you get so much more than a hotel room. You get your own apartment for the weekend with modern decour and very comfortable double bed, without all the noise you get from staying in a hotel. Also a very short walk to the city centre with all the bars and restaurants.

"The apartment that we stayed in was very well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen area offered more equipment, crockery, cutlery and other utensils than we were expecting and everything was clean and in good working order. We were able to invite our son and his fiance round for a drink which was something we had never been able to do while staying in an hotel. The apartment is excellent and we will certainly be staying there again."
I was wonderful to have space to relax and unwind as well as a comfortable bed for the night

"The decor was very good, bathroom good and a very comfortable bed."
We liked everything about it, much preferred it to a hotel.
Would have preferred to stay on a higher floor with a view. We didn't get a choice when booking.

"Despite a shortage of cutlery and only one lamp in the apt, it was an ideal accomodation for us - well located, nicely designed and set up - and a greatly more comfortable and enjoyable experience than an ordinary hotel room or B & B. It was modern, bright and generally very well fitted out nice big leather couch, big flat TV etc. We would certainly stay there again and recommend to our friends."
Roomy and modern - ideal for parents travelling with a teenager. Idealy located.
The only improvements required are some extra reading lamps there was only one for the full 2 bedroom apt, as evening reading, especially in the bedrooms, was awkward. We also had almost no cutlery on arrival, and while staff managed to scrounge some up we still only had a bare minimum ie one coffee spoon, 2 cereal spoons...

"The layout was brilliant, everything was very clean, well presented and very modern. The service I received from staff prior to my staff was very good. There was secure parking and the apartments were also made very secure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apartment. I would definately return. I didn't want to leave!"
The location was good, and the apartment was very clean, modern and spacious.

"The apartment exceeded in our expectations. We weren't sure whether or not towels and cleaning basics, washing up liquidetc would be provided and i think the website should make it a little clearer that everything you need is provided. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern and in a quiet area within walking distance of restaurants/pubs etc. We think this apartment is excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again."
Modern, clean, excellent facilities and in a good location.

"I think it is a great concept and I definirly preferred it to staying in a hotel. Maybe it would be useful to have more information such as taxi companies, location of supermarkets. Possibly a basic shopping pack supplied chargeable of course."
better than a suite, more quiet than a hotel
One small thing, the dishwasher made a noise. I turned it off at the wall.

"really enjoyed our stay and would definately consider this again if we went to nottingham."
i liked that fact that it was very modern, spacious and clean. good quality for a very low price
i was not to happy that our apartment did not have a dressing table or at least a mirror near a plug and we also found the cooking facilities a bit of a pain, not very straight forward to use.

"I have stayed in Nottingham many times, at some of the more luxurious hotels, and all I can say is I wish I had known about the apartments at the Ropewalk Nottingham before, as I would have been a regular guest. For the future I will be using the Ropewalk as first choice for my visits to the Nottingham and surrounding areas..."
Compared to regular hotels, the space provided gives you a feeling of being at home, and with all the equipment that is provided within the apartment means you want for nothing.... It was a great relaxing experience, and I will be back soon for another stay..

"The stylish apartment was set in a attractive street in Nottingham. The apartment was stylish with modern design with modern appliances. It was a clean and comfortable apartment and would suit those that need a base. Secure parking is available underground, however this was an additional "
The accommodation was stylish, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and was a perfect base for our weekend.
