The New England experience is alive and well in Eastbourne! Has to be one of the best small hotels in the area where attention to detail is perfect and can not be faulted. Am loathe to give more away in case my compliments encourage more people to stay and there won't ever be anymore vacancies again!

Everthing was very clean and decorated with taste. Breakfast was excellent, everything fresh
The room was a little cold but I am sure that if I had of asked, they would have turned the heating on for me.

A delightful overnight stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The decor was particularly attractive and the staff welcoming and friendly. The situation is right in the heart of the beachfront with beach, restaurants etc in easy walking reach.

"We were greeted on arrival and the owner took the time to make herself known to us and ensured that all was well. The hotel had been decorated as if it was their home and therefore everything had been done well. We could tell that the owner took pride in the hotel and it was noticeable. We normally find that hotels tend to provide cheap mattresses but our mattress was good quality! The cooked breakfast was great!"
The hotel was in excellent condition and very clean. All home comforts provided.

"the hotel pavillion is a fantastic place for all types of travellers to stay. the rooms are well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. the children enjoyed using the video library and board games and the adults enjoyed relaxing!! the owners were friendly, helpful and good fun and Eastbourne was better than expected - not full of older people! fantastic shops, restaurants, clean beach. even the amusement arcade was clean - no chewing gum on the floor!! how lovely!!"

"The hotel is excellent & spotlessly clean. Staff were freindly, efficient & very helpful. Lovely room with a veranda & sea view. Full english breakfast using local produce was really satisfyingly good. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel at all, we had a really good time & would definitely return."

wunderbares kleines Hotel, extrem freundliche und aufmerksame Besitzer, die einem die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen.Frühstück par excellence!!! Wunderbar reichhaltig, frisch,lecker .... Großer Wohlfühlcharakter.Gute Verkehrsanbindung, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer.
kleiner Nachteil: liegt direkt an der Seepromenade, die viel befahren ist. Fenster sind aber sehr gut schallgedämmt.
