"Should have been cheaper."
No food available in Hotel. Only 1 quite expensive pub in the area for food and drink.

"We would like to have known more about room location oh also the toilet seat was broken."
We liked the fact it was clean and reasonably well equiped,
The room was cold so we could not sleep at night, the breakfast was poor, very greasy and not tasty at all, did not offer porridge which we like. The beds could do with duvets on them instead of blankets.

"Ashley Villas was a lovely place to stay.We walked into Bath both days which helped not having to park in the City. The Staff were very friendly nothing too much trouble. Facilities were excellent they even have a small pool in the garden which must be lovely in warm weather. The choice of breakfast was more than adequate and thoroughly enjoyable. You get the feeling that the staff really wanted you to enjoy your stay."
It was a lovely clean and friendly guest house,we were allocated a family room obviously due to the late booking. As a family room it was very good,it was divided into two sections by a partition which although made the room slightly dark it would allow parents some privacy.Would have prefered a double room but we only booked the night before we travelled down. The breakfast was superb !!!!!!!!
Nothing to dislike it was clean and staff were friendly The Manager went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay giving us ideas and places to go.

"A very friendly hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and good and the hotel will allow takeaways to be eaten in the lounge not bedroomsand will provide cutlery/plates but drinks are bought from the hotel bar. The rooms have been modernised although not all the double rooms are of the same standard. Parking is available on the forecourt of the hotel. It is about a 30min walk into the city which takes you past a very good pub named the Hop Pole which provides excellent food."
Very friendly staff. Food excellent and a good choice for breakfast

"The only thing I would say that was disappointing was that the hotel was a little too far from the city centre. We walked every day there and back, and although that was good for us health wise, when it is raining, not too much fun."
Our room was very nice and comfortable and the food was very good value for money

"A very nice quiet hotel with a lovely back garden a pity we could not use the pool at this time of the year. Lovely decorated rooms although quite small. Friendly atmosphere."
High standard, lovely decorated rooms, very nice bathrooms, nice and quiet atmosphere, good breakfast...
A little bit too far to walk to the city centre. Small rooms particularly the twin room. Some noise from the corridor, particualarly in the room at the top of the stairs.

Nice decor to communal parts of the hotel. Although no restaurant two takeaways within a short walk and hotel happy to provide cutlery and china to eat in dining room. Rather nice. Cosy bar area and newspapers available.
Rather noisy in the front room we were in. Also a strange smell which we reported.
