"My husband and I were in Southampton for our sons Phd ceremony so we probably won't visit again . We were highly satisfied with all aspects of Premier Inn. Bed was most comfortable and everything was clean and comfortable. Very warm room. Price at £29 per night for room was excellent value for money. Would recommend to friends and family at that price, Good location and easy to find"

we found the location of the hotel very good as everything was very close. the room was clean and comfortable.
we stayed on the 5th floor and the lifts were out of use this was not very good as acess to the room was along way up the stairs.

"Very good."
The room was good value for money. It was clean and warm. The TV was excellent, having access to freeview channels.
There was a small smear outside of the sink basin and I would have liked a toilet brush in the bathroom.

"In general the only good things were the actual rooms not the postions or situation of the rooms and the staff were really friendly and helpfull. When I told the receptionist on leaving about the breakfast, she did offer to refund our money for the breakfast, but I was that unimpressed by then I just wanted to get out of there"

The first night our room was next to the railway line and the main road. It was extremely noisey, even though I am deaf I couldn't sleep, and neither did my wife. The receptionist was very good at finding us another room, but the second night, a resident on our floor started screaming at the top of her lungs at 3am. So we had a bad night again. The breakfast on the monday was awful, almost uneatable.

"Have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Was in a Holiday Inn in London the night before and there was no comparison! The room was better, the food was better and my overall experience was much better. I would definitely choose a Premier Inn in future. The reservation for my MD, Deputy MD and General Manager was lost between booking and arriving at the hotel. I had email confirmation, but the hotel struggled to sort the rooms, despite having reference numbers etc.

well everything was premier except the price, the service was quick and easy. something was achieved here that has not been achieved before, which for me was fantastic
The breakfast was not cheap. ok £7.50 all you can eat, but i only wanted an egg and bacon sandwich. the most expensive sandwich i've ever had.
