Good view from the room, comfortable bed and beddings, good quality toiletries. Have a "lift" service and conveniently located.

Need new carpets and deep thorough cleansing, rashes/itchness felt once walked into the room with the unhygienic airborne environment.

Highly modern hotel with excellent facilities,very nice rooms and good food in an excellent city centre location.

"Parking was very inconvenient. Had to go to a public carpark and pay £15 for a night with no reduction - which I found excessive other local public carpark was full. Design of room and bathroom very pleasant and modern, but the washbasins, or design of single water spout was annoying so low you could hardly get a glass under it if you wanted to brush your teeth. Noise level outside is disturbing at night time, but no A/C, so if you close the window to have a quiet night, the room is too hot. Duvets on bed are too heavy which meant we slept badly. Restaurant is superb, imaginative menu and perfectly cooked fish, meat and vegetables. One of the best English cooked breakfasts I've had in a long time. Restaurant is a bit cold with air conditioning, so you may need a jacket."

Room had plenty of character. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast.

Friendly staff, excellent bar, comfortable room. Easy access to Nottingham centre, with good bars and restaurants very close by.

"Friendly, helpful staff. We had a third floor room which was quiet. We were disappointed by the room itself. It was small and the bathroom in need of redecoration/repair. We were told that the hotel was full so they could not offer us an alternative room. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many major attractions. We enjoyed having a drink at the Saints cocktail bar on the ground floor, good staff and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was disappointing. We stay at hotels regularly and felt that this was overpriced and below our expectations."
