"As we had a late deal for DBB, it's really value for money."
Louge's beautifully set. We had our coffee there after the dinner.
We stayed in No. 1 bedroom which needed attention to the wallpaper and the room's a bit small to us.

"Lovely log fires, relaxing atmosphere. A place to de-stress."
Will book again one night wasn't long enough, very friendly and helpful staff.
In other couples room, very little cold water, hot towel rail did not work, this did not stop us enjoying ourselves.

"We thought this hotel was unbelievable value for money. The building is beautiful, the rooms were and bathrooms were nice and the staff were very welcoming. We arrived late at 11pm and were welcomed in, bought a bottle of wine in the small bar and were left to relax in a lovely lounge with log fire. A full English breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit salad and much more was offered for breakfast. I'm very suprised the rating was 8/10 and not 10/10 for this hotel - not sure what more you can expect! Would definitely stay again and we have stayed in a lot of hotels in the UK!!"
Beautiful Building Very clean Staff extremely friendly and helpful Not too far from M6 for overnight stay
No bad points at all

"Can't fault the hotel or it's staff."
Good location, excellent service, I would award the staff 10/10 for efficiency and pleasantness. breakfast choice was perfect and the food was extremely good.
On a cold wet night the heating was off in our room on arrival. It would have been appreciated if someone had thought to prepare the room for our arrival.

the room was very small not worth £120.00 per night we stayed in another hotel the night before it cost £100.00 per night it was a suite 6 times bigger room. also the tv did not work the wall paper was stained and tatty the wooden furniture looked like it should have been in a £20.00 per night hostal not a £120.00 per night four poster room we was expecting a lot more that we got

It was our wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would rate the restaurant as 9/10, the food was exceptional, and the only feedback we would like to give is that the deserts were not up to the high standard of the other courses. My husband found the bread and butter pudding very salty and my chocolate rulee sorry probably the wrong spelling was turning as the cream was off inside the chocolate, I think it may have been left in the warmth for too long. We will visit again and have discussed selecting your cheese and biscuits instead. On the whole a very enjoyable stay. Many thanks Andrea & Carl Jorgensen

"Enjoyable"
Excellent gardens and view from the room. The food was also pretty good
The shower in the bathroom was fairly feeble and the paint on the inside of the windows was black with condensation, although nothing that a lick of paint and a bit of TLC would put right.

"Very enjoyable and ideal for a short stay."
The bedroom was nicely presented and the view over the grounds and Morecomb bay was first class. The hotel itself had character with many interesting features. The food was also of a very good standard.
The bathroom was dated and in need of smartening up.

"A wonderful evening I had stayed alone at the hotel the previous week, 2 nights and was tret with the same care and attention. Well done all Staff at the hotel."
I thought that the everything about Graithwaite Manor was exceptionally good, it gave us a fabulous way to just chill out, and the public rooms were just spendid as was the staff. Gaynor was exceedingly welcoming.
