"good value for money"

very clean interior

wind sound is too noisy at the roof, water pressure from neighbouring room is too loud.

The room was extremely small and the hotel was very out dated. They had a leak out on the hall so the carpets were wet and smelly.

hotel picture on net good -actually the building looked in poor condition the front conservatory stunk of old and old peopleThe room cost us 120-00 for that money i would expect 4 star the room was very dissapointing you could not swing a cat in it and the rear view was as poor as it gets.breakfast now -we got served straight away tea and coffee came but no sugar.toast arrived with breakfast but no butter.meal was ok but again for 120-00 1 bacon 1 sausage aint gonna fill my 9 year old never mind me.nb we only booked this hotel because most of the nicer hotels were full re illuminations.

"THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN WAS VERY VERY SMALL, SHOWER WASNT VERY WARM, SOME OF THE MILK WAS OUT OF DATE IN ROOM. WE WERE KEPT AWAKE FROM 4AM BECAUSE OF THE NOISE FROM OTHER DRUNKEN HOTEL GUESTS. BREAKFAST WAS VERY MINIMAL, HARDLY WHAT YOU WOULD CALL A FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST.ALSO FIRE EXIT ON OUR FLOOR DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY AND GLASS WAS BROKEN IN IT."

RECEPTION STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFULL BY WAY OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOWN.

IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE REVIEWS ON BOOKING SITE.

"My partner and I had a wonderful time overall in Blackpool and this was partly down to the service and hospitality we received from all the staff a the Waldorf. Thank You"

The friendly service, even early in the morning at breakfast, was second to none.

Parking when I arrived at the hotel on saturday I had trouble finding a space. the car park that was provided by the hotel was overflowing and I had to park some in a dificult spot where my car got scratched. but apart from that I would come back without a doubt

The hotel staff were not ready for us to check in which meant we had to leave our luggage in reception. It would have been nicer to freshen up/change clothes/get settled in to your room which unfortunately was not an option for us.
