"Tea at breakfast was help yourself from urn which means water not hot enough for teabag. Would have prefered the usual teapot on table."

Warm and cosy room,clean and functional.Excelent breakfast.Good location, easy walk to Town and Baths.Plesant friendly staff.

"Impressed with standard of cooking for breakfast but couldn't get decent cup of tea teabags with urn for breakfast or kettle and teabags in room. Room was clean and servicing of room very good. Staff helpful. Would stay there again."

quiet and very comfortable room with a very good view overlooking part of Bath
I liked the wide bed, but I did find it rather too firm. It was tricky to find car parking spaces near to the hotel late in the evening, whether they were pay and display or permit. Thank goodness the hotel has permits! I found the temperature too warm in the public areas stairs, dining room

"The hotel is very basic, but in a good central location. The shower didn't work on either night I stayed there, there was no power or hot water and I had to use my friends shower. I complained about this and they said they had fixed the shower, which clearly they hadn't. They apologised when we checked out and said it was becuse the room was on the top floor and the showers have to power there!"
