"Room was very clean....tv didn't work couldn't rent a movie. Noisy neighbours with kids didn't help either."
Front desk staff were excellant at trying to help and were very helpful booking transport to airport
Restaurant staff were not friendly and provided only the basic service. They didn't ask how the meal was or ask if we were done when they removed the plates. Seemed like we were a bother to them. Food was cold and not very good

staff pleasant. Room clean. Good to have duvets.Good Transfer to hotel on arrival, easy booking of shuttle bus which was inexpensive.
A bad nights sleep, bed not comfortable, mattress too hard.

Restaurant very good with imaginative menu. Helpful staff. Reception staff friendly and willing to help, even at 3.30am in morning!
Couldn't get a breakfast at 3.45am...no buffet open. No option for sheets and blankets, just duvets available. Room pricing policy on arrival confusing.

Comfortable well-maintained room with a bathroom of high standard. Appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room particularly with an early start before breakfast was served in the hotel.
Breakfast seemed pricey.

"I would highly recommend this hotel for people using the Bristol airport. It is very convenient, has a great shuttle service and has all the amenities, including a gym. The rooms are comfortable and clean."
Great shower! Everything very clean. Shuttle to airport.
It would have been nice if the lounge/bar area was a bit larger - it was full when we arrived.

"Very good overall.Bar area in the morning was dirty ie carpets and tables at 9.30 am. We noticed this whilst waiting for our shuttle bus. The shuttles were excellent."
Clean comfortable and well equipped
Only one hot chocolate drink in the room and the bar closed at 11pm and we arrived at that time and would haved liked to sit in the bar for a while to unwind.

Free Airport Shuttle Double Bed instead of Twin Hot Drink Equipment Quiet
No towels were provided but were provided after reporting the problem. TV Remote control was not functional. High cost of Breakfast, so we didn't use this. Limited choice of TV channels. Should provide at least Freeview channels.

Very near to Bristol airport. Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet.
Lighting in bathroom was bad! The one downlight is located so that your face is in shadow when shaving or applying makeup. A fluorescent strip light above the mirror woud be a great improvement. Every hotel we stayed at in the UK was like this. You are not alone.

Booking on line was a bit confusing as we were only given the choice of a twin or accessable room. we needed just a normal double. We also ticked smoking room but this was not allocated and were told we hadn't requested it. However the staff were really good and found us a normal double smoking room.
