Hotel owner was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and rooms were well furnished. Breakfast was just the tonic.

"Myself, my son, and two friends were in Blackpool for the football match between Blackpool and Plymouth. Had stayed there the last season so were happy to return, hoping to return again in the future."

"Although the 5 lads who stayed there were fairly quite when they arrived back in the early hours, we were apprehensive about them staying as we had seen them drinking alcohol in the afternoon, so we feared the worse. Ok, it wasn't to be, but never the less it could have been"
Locality, near to Fleetwood and Blackpool
Had to pay in full at arrival, irrespective of what I was about to receive. Didn't realise they let singles stay there. Breakfast was cold due to repeated power failure fusesin the kitchen The lift although worked was useless / scary. Three flights of stairs a bit too much. House in darkness when arriving there at night time. When asked about the local cinemas, the Manageress who we believe was from Israel knew little about the parking facility or the location. We have stayed in thid hotel before and again were welcomed with smiles and as friends. The proprieters are excellent and so is the hotel. It can be very hard to find a good hotel and once found you tend to keep going back to the same place. Well done and we will hopefully be back again in 2009.

The breakfasts are more than adequate in choice and size, and are cooked fresh to order. The rooms are extremely clean with good facilities. Ourselves and most importantly our Labrador Chelsea were made most welcome, in a really genuine way. Our hosts were attentive without being over bearing.The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Exceptionally good value for money.
The only minor criticism is the lack of a toilet brush A womans thing and tissues in the room would have been useful.

Friendly, well-run with very good location.
Location at north end of illuminations means difficult to access easily if arriving in the evening. Limited onsite parking though no problem in nearby streets.

The owners, Mick and Mick couldn't do enough for us. The atmosphere at breakfast was so friendly - we had to tear ourselves away to go and see relatives which was the purpose of our visit The breakfast itself was to die for - full english and I mean FULL - plus continental
Only the tiniest of points - being two ladies travelling - we felt the bathroom could have had somewhere to hang toilet-bags - robes etc.

"Wow! Where can I start? The room was really comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was more than substantial and there was a wide variety of items to choose from, and it was included in the price! Some of the competition should start to be worried, because I know where I would stay when in Blackpool again! Excellent!"

person who ran the hotel was so friendly and accomodating. he could not do enough for you.
No heating on in hotel, or if it was it could not have been on long enough to make rooms warm. Rooms very cold.
