"Never stay at this dump"

Bedding not clean, stained sheets. No heating on, No fresh towels and no way to dry old towels. Not enough parking spaces. Fousty smell in ensuite. Room not made up on second night

"We went for a short break over the easter period with our 2 children aged 4 & 10. We did all the blackpool things pleasure beach, donkey rides,the tower, horse and carriage ride and we all had a wonderful time. We couldnt of picked a better hotel and hope to return in the summer."

Brilliant hotel! Barry and Lesley very welcoming,they were great with the kids, room high standard and very clean. super breakfast as much as you could eat! Would recomend this hotel to any one!

The View, Location, and Parking Facilities

Poor Shower, Very noisy wind noise through windows,no nets on windows,

the hotel owners were really nice people who took time to talk to us.the whole hotel was spottlessly clean and our room was clean and cosy.the breakfast was great with a wide choice and we asked for black pudding and the next day it was on offer.will defenatly visit hotel fame again and would recommend it to anyone who asked.

Would have been slightly nicer if the bedroom was a bit bigger. But nevertheless it was very good.

All thhe rooms were clean and well decorated and everything worked. We had a family room which had a tv for ourselves and another for our daughter. The bar was open late and the hosts were good company

"This hotel does not like group booking of same sex parties we went as a group of five girls, even though they do not state this in their write up. We were told on arrival that had we booked over the phone they would not have accepted our booking, which was a lovely way to welcome paying guests. Plus I had e-mailed them prior to our visit to explain who we were and to assure them that we had no intention of causing trouble, I requested that if they still had concerns to contact me, I could have therefore cancelled my booking, they did not get back to me so I assumed they would be ok, I was wrong. On the second day they warmed to us slightly, as they could see we were not there to cause trouble, but it was too late as it had already put a dampener on the whole weekend."

The Breakfast was excellent, the rooms were recently refurbished and so very comfortable.

The staff were not welcoming on our arrival, in fact they were quite rude, although once they realised we would not cause any trouble they seemed to warm to us.
