    "I was very pleased with the service receieved from a very kind woman in housekeeping when we called from Canada about our child's missing Bunny. She promised to send it right away and while it has not yet arrived still early I had faith in her that she would do as she said, as she was very understanding, and this has put my mind at ease. Thank you... Having access to a telephone number available that is direct to the hotel reception instead of central reservations would have been helpful, but we were patched though effectively."

    "We arrived early morning from Singapore, there was a room available and we were quickly greeted and accommodated. Staff were most helpful and suggested a quiet room for us. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable with a good shower to revive one. Restaurant was of a good standard and it was helpful not to have to move outside the hotel recovering from a jetlagged situation. The courtesy bus ran very frequently and we would certainly use the Holiday Inn again when travelling. Patricia and David McErlean, Carcassonne, France"

    It ewas quiet, comfortable bed, great shower and good bathroom with plenty of extras for bathing etc.

    "For the purpose of a single night stay with 9 days parking for the money this was really excellent value for money"

    It was very basic , clean and comfortable. the staff were extremely helpful courteous and friendly.

    Some of the areas of the hotel...carpets and furniture are looking a bit tired.

    "I was a bit put off by the price vs. the value of this hotel and I did not like the shuttle service which I had to pay for and the instructions were quite poor in how to find and use the shuttle."

    Internet connection is outrageously over priced. Shuttle was clear on the website decription that you have to pay for it in pounds.

    Complimentary chocs, drink etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

    TV reception was terrible and tv alarm did not work. Internet tariff, is daylight robbery.

    It was near to Gatwick Airport and guests could avail of shuttle service to Airport every 15 minutes

    Check-in slow and disorganised. Lift too small for luggage on baggage cart. Room small and in need of painting/decoration. Double bed small and uncomfortable. Long narrow corridors full of housekeeping trolleys at 7.30am making it very difficult for guests with suitcases to pass. Housekeeping staff not inclined to be helpful. Waitress in restaurant used her apron on which to shine cutlery when laying table.

    Generally all aspects of stay very good. All in cost of car parking for term of holiday is an excellent idea and good value.

    Car Park was overfull. Cars were packed in everywhere to the point that they looked as if they had just been abandoned.

    "We booked the overnight stay with eight days car parking on site. The general level of service was very good especially in the early morning 5.30 amplus the convenience of a regular hotel bus to the airport terminal."

    Overpriced for the level of accommodation - I definitely would not give the hotel a 4 star rating. The only thing that makes it a four star hotel is the price. I believe: a Rooms are overpriced b Internet connection is highway robbery c All food is overpriced d Final nail in the coffin is the courtesy bus charge.

    "Everything was perfect could'nt fault it in anyway, hotel and staff are top quality exellent value for money."

    "I was pleased with the online booking. I think everything was covered there were no unpleasant surprises."

    The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was always on time. The room was comfortable with space. The hotel staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to ensure my stay was delightful. They even helped me find a means to plug in my computer. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly return. The food was good and room service was excellent.
