"we shall use the hotel again without any hesitation"

The hotel was very well equipped, hostess most obliging, on-site parking, breakfast excellent, easy to find, discount for cash payment

The driveway to the rear of the property is challenging!

"Very enjoyable. The breakfast serving time of 9:00-9:30 gave me the chance to go for a jog/walk along the nearby seafront before breakfast to build up the appetite needed to do the meal justice. Town centre is an easy and flat ten minute walk away."

Excellent breakfast and very welcome fruit bowl in room on arrival.

On-line booking seemed to cost double that quoted in the info pack in the room. It may have been a single supplement for a double room, but I saw no mention of that.

"The room, facilities and value for money of the hotel were fantastic, really one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. However not having any recommendations for a restaurant of a decent quality and the whole timing surrounding breakfast was a bit of a downer. However I'm sure this was a one off and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. "

Room was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, modern and well decorated, comfortable with a considerate amount of little extras fruit, bottle of water etc plus WiFi internet access rarely seen in hotel rooms that made the stay much more enjoyable. Breakfast was also very tasty...once it arrived.

Check in process wasn't really that great. Maybe we started off on the wrong foot as I had parked slightly out of one of the bays in the carpark which the guy at check in wasn't to happy about. But once I went out to move the car found he had partially blocked me in which didn't make moving it again very easy. Breakfast is served at 9-9.30 which is a little late for business people. They were happy to arrange an earlier time if necessary, but I had no idea how early they would reasonably go. So asked the guy on check-in what he thought would be reasonably as I had an appointment at 9am. His guess of 8:15 obviously didn't take into account that it would take 25 mins to cook my breakfast which resulted in me not being able to fully enjoy what was a lovely meal, and made me late for my appointment & to top it all was obvious that other guests at the hotel had taken a much earlier breakfast. Also no restaurant at the hotel, and no real recommendations of a nice place to have dinner.

"I would stay in this hotel again. The room was excellent and the owner certainly went the extra mile with the service and accomodation. There was fresh fruit, bottled water and chocolates in the room along with all the things you would expect to find. The bathroom was fantastic. Overall way better than you would expect to find in a small guest house."

    the location and facilities

The only thing was the entrance down the side of the hotel to the car park is a bit tight with our car being quite wide.

"Although we only stayed in one of the rooms this was as described and as all the rooms are feature rooms I imagine them to be described correctly also. The breakfast was delicious - I loved the locally produced homemade sausage! If you have a small car then access to the car park would be no problem but I didn't fancy it in my BMW. I would not look to stay anywhere else if I wanted to stay in the area again."

First rate guest house close to all amenities and yet in a quiet location

Didn't make use of car park because I did not want to scrape the sides of my car to gain access!

    "Everything 100%. Excellent."

Everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was 100% excellent. The food was 100%. We stayed overnight because we were going to a funeral the next day. It was a long journey for us to get there and we were tired. We were offered to sit down in the dining room and we were brought tea and coffee on arrival while the staff helped us on a map with our journey to the funeral the next day. This was extremely important to us under the circumstances. Excellent in every way nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be going back on a happier occasion hopefully.

"Glad there was off-road parking, although it was a tight squeeze and we have a very small car! Our en-suite bathroom had in it, everything you could want for an overight stay..even down to the little details of bottled water, cotton buds, shower gel etc. A very nice guest house."

We had the smallest double room and we were pleasently surprised. It was very modern, everything looked brand new and very clean.

The entrance hall should be updated to match the modern rooms.

"Overall I liked this hotel/guesthouse. it came up to expectation with little added extras that really made the stay, such as fresh fruit in the room, the tea towel and plenty of tea coffee etc., fresh milk was also available if wanted. Breakfast was served with a happy smile. and a nice choice. The parking was good although if you have a wide car you may encounter a problem getting down the side, I have a senic and just managed. Overall I would certainly stay again."

The hotel was situated in a convenient position for shops and the beach. The room was bright airy and very modern. We stayed in room 2 with the jacuzi bath wonderful. the bathroon itself was brand new large, extremely clean and well presented. the bedroom itself had two leather armchairs which were really comfortable to watch t.v. The other thing that was good was a tea towel. I stay in many hotels and b & b's and to have tea and coffee making facilities is great but there is never anything to dry your cups and spoons, so the tea towel was a nice little added extra.

My only problem with the room was the bed was very low, a bit like a footon and was soft for my own personal likeing.

Very friendly team, large room that looked like completly new refurbished, everything very clean and in perfect working condition. rear, and so then hidden, parking. I would book again this place if I come back to Weston or the area!

Too bad there are no dinner possible, and the parking way is really not that large, but this is a detail, the rest was really good. As per Weston seems a lot like a touristic area, TV should have some foreigner channels, at least the basics, like we can find on the continent. But this seems to be typical in the UK, not special to this place.
