24hr reception, pleasant staff, very clean and tidy.

No free WiFi. Very limited parking. No air-con. Poor selection of TV channels some not working

Very impressed with standard of room.

"I stayed overnight with my girlfriend as we were attending a gig at Rock City, the hotel was 5 minutes walk from the venue which was excellent, we will stay at this hotel again when my son's band play again at Rock City. "

Close to music venue, excellent room extremely comfortable bed, excellent parking facilities at a reasonable price.

Overspill car park was not finished at the time of our visit but that will get sorted i'm sure.

The room was clean and spacious

it was extremely noisy as there were alott of stag and hen do's

i like the fact that the rooms are all clean and tidy, and the beds are really comfortable.

There was a fire evacuation at 3am in the morning that seemed very un-organised and obviously disrupted the evening

"I was checked into a room facing the main road right outside the student bar where a freshers ball was taking place until 4am so I didn't get any sleep due to the noise. When I complained I was told their was space on the other side of the hotel so I have no idea why I was given this room in the first place"

very poor experience, Parking was a knightmare and was 10 minute walk away, good job I didn't have much baggage.

Clean tidy, locality, staff friendliness

Clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were very frendly and helpful and as I stay in hotels regularly it means a lot to me to find staff who have such a good manner. I thank you and them for that. Belive me I have stayed in hotels all over the world some were excellent big name hotels but the staff where lacking in their attitude to their customers so I have never returned to them again. In my opinion its the staff that make the hotel not the Brand name so well done.

Lack of necessary Bathroom essentials due to the fact that you cannot bring a lot of them with you on an airline anymore. Trouser press would be good otherwise very good overall.

"I had a minor problem with noise from a fire door on the first night, the hotel refunded that nights stay unpromted and arranged for my things to be moved to another room. Excellent customer service."

Nice and clean

"I felt that the hotel was good value for money, although the hotel was further from the centre of Nottingham than I had realised. The welcome from the greeter at breakfast was excellent, and he explained where to find everything. Breakfast was excellent and good value. Overall I would recommend the Nottingham Premier Travel Inn."

Everything was clean, the room was quiet. Everything functioned well.

Very clean and well organised hotel with spacious room and bathroom. In a location in nottingham with good public transport links.

A bit expensive We are a young student couple without breakfast included.

The location and cleanliness

Too hot in the room- expensive breakfast

Not having a carpark and having to pay for the parking although we were given a discount at the multi-storey carpark nearby The carpark for the hotel was contracted out to Students/Business personnel. In the particularly hot weather air conditioning would have been nice and a water dispenser on each floor would have also been appreciated.

"I was very disappointed to find that they had discontinued on site parking during the week, thus negating the advantage they had over a number of other city centre hotels. Also booking using the Travel Inn system told me that the hotel was fully booked."
