The apartment was excellent, contemporary and clean. The receptionist called us as we were at a function and gave excellent instructions on how to find the hotel and obtain our keys.

"As above."
Excellent value for money. We got a 1-bedroom flat right smack in the middle of Birmingham opposite the Bull-Ring for £65/night £75 if you count the secure parking. I looked up Traveloddge and it was £60 for the same period for just a room! Our flat had everything you need for a home-away-from-home. It even had a washing machine! There's also a Spar within the same building which was very convenient. Thank you.
None to mention. Very good experience. Staff were good and helpful.

good value - friendly staff - central location
next to a market very noisy at 5 every morning public areas need attention looking a bit drab and run down
from London UK, stayed on August 4, 2009
The hotel is well located to the Bull Ring and China Town and has very friendly staff. Tesco on line delivery went well and were able to leave luggage until our train was due.
During the night it can get a bit stuffy but if you open the windows the noise from the street is too loud. Fans in each room would be helpful. Carpets in hallways of level 1 were torn and dirty. The rubbish chute was not clean.

"Very pleasant stay, the service from the staff pushed this from a good stay to excellent."
Excellent service - very happy with the demeanour and friendlyness of check-in staff. Tidy room which lived up to billing
Strong smell of smoke in corridors, minor fault with Tv remote.

Manager was so un helpful , staff was a bit better,
very poor customer service, wsnt really clean, TV and cable wasnt working properly and also tv ws too small and was in bad condition ,wasnt working properly and overall i would say it was very bad experiance, at sharp 12 some start banging on the door and opened up within 30 sec and fortunately i was ready for check-out.

"GREAT! enjoyed the nearness of the Bull ring and the Hippodrome and had an overall PERFECT time."
extremely helpful and friendly staff, accomodating even my non-announced car in the carpark, very good at pointing out restaurants etc. well equipped apartment - put the washing machine to good use! super internet connection!
not a BAD point really - just on Fri night, someone one floor down from mine was having a party till the wee hours of morning and that was a bit loud. didn't happen on any of the other nights, so I didn't even say something.

"Overall would stay again no problems"
Good pleasant experience, ideally located to several car parks and local nightspots
The view of a dilapidated car park was not ideal

The noice from the marked loading in the morning. The kitchen equipment. Would like a dishwasher, or at least some towels.

"We liked the accommodation overall, as we already stated few times before. We didnt know that you change to main door lock code every sunday, that left the rest of guests staying a bit confused as only one guest was told when she was leaving appart. apart from that everything was excellent"
convenience
we stayed in room 509, which we experienced terrible noise from the water pipes, on the 1st two nights we hardly got any sleep. It was major disappointment for us. but the staff were very helpful and tried to sory the problem out for us.

"General review was it was comfortable pleasant clean nice and big. Could do with better telly and sky box as it wasn't working properly. I would definity stay there again, but it does need a face lift as its was looking a bit worn out."
the layout the fact you had a lounge area and separate bedroom. The kitchen was small but user friendly, could do with an interior update.
The lounge area needed a face lift as well as the kitchen it was a little worn out. The other problem was there was no nets or blinds so you could been seen.

"I had stayed at the accommodation before so I knew what to expect.I may never visit Birmingham again but I would consider staying at other Premier Appartments locations as they provide relaxing atmosphere inside the appartment with more room than hotel accommodation for a mid range price."
Central location.Rooms clean. No noise from within the building and outside noise was minimal.Staff polite and immediately sorted out safe that was locked open.Adjacent shop is handy for supplies and a large restaurant is next door.
It is not in an up market part of Birmingham and youths hang about outside the shop near the entrance to the appartment building. Hot water didn't flow for the shower. Hot water for the bath seemed extremely hot. No plug for the kitchen sink so used the bath plug. TV worked but gave trying to get a response from the set top box. One lounge curtain kept coming off its hooks at one end.Car park was dirty and parking bays were not the easiest to enter and exit. Car park security gate did not lock .Staff said an engineer had been called.Saucepans were in poor condition with one burnt black inside.

"We were quite upset and confused when a deposit of £250 was demanded on arrival as we had understood that only sometimes this was asked for. Once we agreed to pay this the amount was actually taken off the card and put back on the next day - the card can be checked without any money being taken. We also called and asked for directions and the directions we were given were dreadful. The lady we talked to the nex morning was very nice though. I think it should have been clearer that when I booked I hadn't actually paid but paid on stay. This is quite confusing."
I thought the lay 0ut and set up of the hotel and rooms was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked. The room was lovely and warm and the decor was very attractive. When we told the receptionist we were about to check out, someone came round extremely quickly.
I think we had the craziest, most neurotic television in the world. Think that needs checking.

"car parking facilities are poor and this needs to be highlighted more on the booking process."
seperate living space
even though it was no smoking it had an awful smell of smoke. cleaner needs to clean under surfaces especially in bath area as quite mouldy .carpets needed cleaning as quite grubby

"I was a little taken abck by the area in which the aprtments were, because as a woman on her own it didn't feel very safe at first. But once inside the aprartment it felt fine."
The flexibility it gave me
Furnishings could have been a bit smarter and the parts outside the room like lobby, corridors were scruffy etc.

It is in the middle of everything...a couple of minutes from the city centre and right on the doorstep of bars and restauraunts
The accomodation was in very good condition..a little sparse and a radio/cd player was missed and what about a clock alarm in the bedroom?

"24 hour Spar shop next door very useful for milk etc."
bathroom towels and shower, TV and music system, pictures on the walls.
Main stairs in building were soiled. Lack of soft furnishing in corridors made doors sound very noisy.
from Stafford UK, stayed on June 27, 2007
location was good, the room was modern with all adequate cons. The microwave did not work and the level of cleanliness let it down.
it was a bit of a trek to get from the carpark to the front entrance - especially with bags etc.

it was near the shops and theatre. The receptionist was very helpful.
we found the rooms to be lacking in some basics and not entirely clean. it was very noisy.
from Liverpool UK, stayed on June 12, 2007
I did not feel crammed in as with many other hotels and I have only ever felt this relaxed while away from home when I have been abroad on holiday.
Could do with air conditioning in city center locations. When I stayed we had some very hot evenings. Usually I would open a window but in the city center the noise from traffic and all night clubs make it difficult to sleep even though the be was very comfy. With air conditioning I would have been able to have a more comfortable stay.

"The apartments are in the centre of birmingham 2 mins walk from the Bull ring which i found excellent. there is a shop downstairs from which you are able to buy food and drink from for your stay, and various restaurant around the apartments. The rooms were in excellent condition and i would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in birmingham"
The accommodation was excellent, the rooms were clean and we had everything that we needed for the stay. It was like having our own flat in birmingham

"I booked a space in the hotel's car park, but there was no direct entrance from the car park into the hotel. As we had a baby with us, we had to make many trips to the car and back to get all the baby equipment in. The car park was secure though. The appartment was hot and stuffy with no air con and windows that when opened only had the slightest gap. If it was hotter that 25 degrees C outside, it would have been unbearable for me. Visitor than that I was pleased with the appartment. The staff were friendly and helpful."
It was clean and the appartment was larger than i had imagined.
The apartment was hot and stuffy. The bedroom window was only designed to open about 1cm! The bed was creaky and as baby was in the room with us, we kept on waking him up.

"Relaxing stay. No noise. Comfortable."
Spacious, quiet and overall cleanliness was fine. Well heated and easy to adjust!
No matress protectors-matress stained. Missing knives from block..small details. Poor view of dirty street and market loading bays-kept curtains closed!
