room and hotel was very clean
TV not tuned in properly causing a ghost effect. Ordered a desert in your resturant plate was dirty and and been standing under a lamp for to long the custard had a skin on it sent it back no one came and asked why from your management team very poor. Might be an idea to put a map of the underground carpark as it took me 20 mins to find it

Nice room and good choice of food for breakfast, we would definitely use Jury's again. Good value parking as we were going on a short 4 day cruise.
Room was very hot when we got there and we couldn't open the window to cool it down and it took a long time for the heating system to cope.

reception staff were excellent, and hotel was clean. stayed here on business a few times and chose to book for leisure break.
initial room, electrical fault at 9.30pm . had to vacate room with an 8yr old. the reception staff sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently.

didnt answer phone when we tried to ring reception from our room to ask a question re high chairs/ BATHROOM SHOWER TAP WAS VERY STIFF TO TURN ON I HAD TO GET MY HUBBY TO COME IN AND TURN IT ON & OFF.HAIRDRIER IN ROOM BURNT SOME OF MY HAIR, THERE IS NO TEMP CONTROL ON IT!!!!!

Parking, YOU PAY, Breakfast, YOU PAY, Internet, YOU PAY, to receive a fax, YOU PAY - Please remember when you pay £69 for a room in reality it becomes £98 a big difence I feel. But other than the above a great place to stay

"Hotel inflated charges due to International Boat Show held in Southampton. Was not interested in any corporate rates during this period. I was very disappointed - but needed to stay there, so had no alternative but to pay their charges. "

not enough pillows in the room - they the three pillows on the double and single bed were rather thin, only an additional two pillows of the same thickness. Shower Gel was empty after only 1 small use

Hotel is central to my business needs, and has the main facilities required for an overnight stay. The staff are very polite and welcoming.
By using the website booking I was unable to attain the corporate rate applicable to the MCA.
