"Good service"
Great location for the complex at xscape excellent staff and service good overall impression of the hotel and food served.
Their were some noisey guests in the adjacent and opposite rooms whcih kept us awake untill 3:30 but we found out that they had been ejected from the hotel shortly after that. The rooms/walls didn't keep out the noise from outside but it was a guest thing not the hotels fault for the noise and we did mention it at reception the next morning when we checked out.

"We visited this hotel as it was adjacent to the Xscape ski-dome. The stay enabled us to practice our ski-ing, relax, visit the cinema and eat and drink some inexpensive fayre. All in all a jolly good time!"
The hotel was in an excellent location. It was clean, smart and roomy. The shower was lovely as was the bed!

We liked the room because it looked very modern and different to most other hotels. It was very clean and tidy.
No towel rail in the room over sink and somewhere to put the soap after use.

"A modern and well presented hotel. The family room accommodation was excellent for families with small children. Meals at the hotel were fresh, hot, tasty and good value for money. Breakfast was especially excellent value. I would recommend this hotel to friends and will happily stay there again."

"Overall option was good!! Happy with service...easily booked through active hotels at 4am in the morning!!! Maybe leisure facilities would be good. We have stayed in the tulip inn at Cardiff this year for 2 nights...and we enjoyed using the swimming pool and sauna/steam room!"
THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT!!! Hotel staff friendly... needed food very late into night after a late night of drinking and staff gave us a menu for a local take away place...not many hotels do that so we were extremely impressed and will look for a tulip Inn hotel to stay in in future!!
Queue to checkout at 11am... we were not allowed the facility for late checkout and found a long queue of people ckecking out at the same time.
