hotel sold as non smoking but our room had obviously been a smoking room for a long period of time and the sign on the door had been altered to reflect this although the hotel was not busy when we asked to switch rooms we were told it was not possible

Super location and views of the south of Nottingham from our sixth floor apartment. Great value and lovely accommodation for a reunion with old friends - we couldn't have had a better place to stay for the money!

"We are still so full of praise for the wonderful evening out we enjoyed at the Trent FM arena ....BUT we all agree what made it so extra special was the staying over at the Premier appartments which are so close to the arena, not only that but are just First Class.We found the appartment spotless ,fully equipped with our every need. Another added bonus was that we were given a penthouse suite ! WOW how good is that? Looking to book now in June but would like to stay a little longer to explore Nottingham a bit more.Will most highly recommend Premier Appartments Nottingham to all"

Appartment was clean and tidy, close to where I wanted to be and reasonably quiet for a city centre location and was well equipped with good quality furniture and fittings.

The receptionist didn't beleive us when we rang and said we couldn't get in and didn't seem to accept that the building next door had the same name. She was rather off-hand with us on arrival and didn't turn to face us or look up from her computer when we checked out.

Roomy and well designed. Kitchen area brill. Oven,hob, microwave, washing machine, sink and fridge... even a toaster! 2 seater seatee and large chair in lounge area. Digital TV but no SKY.

one member of staff manager ..very good but not always available. £10 per night garage charge. NO LIFT FROM GARAGE to go up 2 floors to reception... where there is a lift to hiotel floors! A long walk round from underground garage is the only way for diabled.

Excellent location for events or concerts at Nottingham Arena. Good price.

Would have appreciated directions to car park. Kitchen and bathroom areas could have been cleaner and a tin of fly spray would have been very handy.

Television did not work. No hot water. Had to have a cold shower. Bathroom was not very clean.

apartment needed some tlc. black mould in bathroom with silicone peeling off freezer part of fridge had not been defrosted for a long time and was so full of ice we couldnt use it grill in cooker very dirty

central in notingham, a layed back feel to it other then being in a hotel.

for a two bed room appartment, in one of the rooms two single beds pushed together is not acceptable, sofas had a few stains on it.

We didn'tlike the city nottingham, for small kids.

we had arranged to check out late with rebecca or rachel cant remember the name, but then when the shifts changed the message was not relayed, and the next on shift jessica became very pushy and unwelcoming and not very understanding.

Info re: local meals delvery service out-dated. Tried very hard to call "Perfect Delivey". no response from either of the phone numbers. No cutlary in the kitchen Shower screen had the seal missing, probably ignored by the domestic staff!

"The hotel was very much a 4 star hotel with plenty of space for the four of us. The check-in process was quick and the staff very friendly. The hotel is right next to the ice arena which was where we wanted and 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. We would love to stay at this hotel again. "

It had everything you needed in the room and was easy to access. The staff were very friendly and open to find an alternative solution. Better than a hotel room.

We were disapointed at the 1st room we stayed in42 as the fridge was not working properly and when we went to use the cooker the fuses went off and we were left with cold saussages that we had to throw away. It being sunday am, we tried the emergency nbr but did not get any reply 3x so ended up calling the reception and leaving a voice message, at 9am the receptionist called us back but unfortunatly the breakfast was already in the bin. The next day as the problem was still there and the maintenance person only could come in on Tuesday so we moved to a different room, were we did not have any major problems Exept for having to call up the internet provider, we had a month subscription and it was not working all the time-I just thought its best to mention all this to you as we we experienced this after staying for a month in your premises. The doors of the rooms, need to be a bit more discret when closing...Very loud.

Staff friendly & welcoming, location perfect for ice arena & train station, check out time 12 is excellent, layout of apartment spacious.

General state of apartment - stains on carpet, oven loose, surfaces could be cleaner, missing pans & knives, cafetiere contained mould, CD player did not work properly.

The staff were friendly and helpful,our apartment was exellent, spacious and comfortable to stay in.

Not so much dislike...but the tv didnt seem to work properly but that probably could have been sorted if we had asked for help.

Good value for money, great location for our needs given we were attending a concert at the arena. The checkout time was also very reasonable and gave us chance to sleep-on in the morning!

We had advised in advance that 5 people would be staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and were told we would not need to bring additional bedding etc as this would be provided for the 5th person. However, upon arrival this was not in the apartment and luckily we had brought a sleeping bag 'just in case'.

PATIO DOOK LOCK HAD NO KEYS. HAD TO PLACE CHAIR ALONG THE REAR OF THE DOOR TO STOP MOVEMENT. EN-SUITE BATHROOM DIRTY AND DIRTY PILLOWS ON BED.

love the place, couldn't book a penthouse, please remove rubber sheet/matress cover from bed, never had issue with bed wetting!

The apartments were a great size and very clean and tidy. We had 12 girls in 4 rooms and it was perfect accommodation for a larger group.

"I like the idea of self catering apartment available for a short stay and it delivered what I wanted in that respect. The apartment was modern design and plenty of facilities but let down a little by standard of care given to maintenance eg carpets need a good clean, and some bathroom fittings were loose. The booking etc operation was easy and slick as was checking out. I wish I'd been offered allocatio options, eg with/withput view etc. Even though I booked 5 months in advance I was allocated to the first floor with view of a flat roof and road noise."

Not that easy to find for a stranger to Nottingham. Not sure of standard of cleaning strange fishy smell on arrival and carpets need a good clean.

Great, clean and modern apartments

Only one shower between four girls, the main bathroom in room 49 only has a bath!

Clean, functional and welcoming. Better than a hotel. All facilites very well arranged. Great to have a fridge and microwave. Definately would stay again. Easy to get to.

The noise from the generators as my room looked onto these. Very annoying. No hair dryer!
