Friendly check in staff, good sized room with plenty of facilities

Lacking most of the freeview tv stations.

"Overall, our stay was very good. We chose this hotel as we were going to the theatre on the Saturday night, so the location was perfect as it is walking distance plus we were able to park the car around the corner in the NCP for the night. All in all, it was a great weekend."

Spacious apartment presented extremely well

No sink plug in bathroom and bath plug broken. Fire alarm went off at 2am and 7am. This spoilt our stay.

Size of the apartment, the kitchen equipment and facilities. The location was very central and ideal for the railway stations.

Bathroom shower area needed a bit of regrouting to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the apartment. The CD player was faulty.

"This is a nice hotel with friendly people, and perfect for a weekend Manchester for 2. In a good central location it offers everything you need for a short stay and considering the equiped kitchen I believe also longer stay would be good when you want to prepare your own food."

Room are large, clean and comfortable. Facilities are adequate.

Washing machine is NOT USER FRIENDLY at all, the instructions are too complicate. Both y wife and I have read it for more than 4 times and still failed to understand how to operate. TV is a bit too small and out of date.

Great location in the thick of the city. Upgraded on arrival to a spacious one bedroom apartment, which had a well appointed kitchen good enough to cook in, large windows overlooking the canal, and a nice sofa and bed.

None really. An ipod connection would have been great!

The £12 charge for broadband connection makes the room cost somewhat less competitive.

only 1 bad point. it was very hot and humid on the night we stayed. there was no air con and the windows do not open wide enough to allow air to circulate.

The room was absolutely stunning, the price is high but you get what you pay for and we were certainly pleasantly suprised. We only stayed one night but it is a Hotel we would reccommend and use in the future without a doubt. We did not have breakfast but after seeing the menu the following morning I wish I had of. One small pointer but for an overnight stay it did not bother me. In room 424 there was a damp patch on the wall, it was kept clean but as the Hotel is so so lovely I think it would be better fixed up.

Excellent location right in the centre of town & very good value for money

Unable to pay by Debit Card over the phone as I booked this for my son as a gift so ended up having to give him cash which I don't like doing

This was the best value for money appartment/hotel I have stayed in. The room was very large and clean and it was the first time I haven't found anything to complain about. If you want a large room with all mod con's and a very clean room then book here. I am very fussy so please take it from me you will not find anything to complain about.

abit noisy on the front but if ur a sound sleeper like me then its not a problem.

when checking in we were asked to make payment, my partner was paying by debit card, at this point the receptionists phone rang & she promptly answered it, she was trying to process payment & deal with call at the same time, this then resulted in a mistake with payment which were werent advised of until we were checking out, i appreciate that phone calls have to be answered as it could be a potential client but at the same time it can cause mistakes doing two things at once.

Lindsay on Reception was excellent, very helpful and efficient. Room was above expectations Location was good.

Parking was not in the hotel and reasonably expensive ~£15 on top of room price. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
