"definatley will noy be wasting money staying there again"
clean, bright and very nice breakfast
beds were far too hard and small, i spent most of the night awke with sore sides and fighting over the covers with my husband. rooms were very small, not very spacios atol. never even had the likes odf complimentry shower caps e.t.c as complimentary items which in every hotel we always normaly receive and i make good use of. we usually stay in the marriot which has all of the above perfect, we tryd the radisson for a change but will definatley not be going back as it was definatley not worth the money and will not be recommending to our friends.

"Had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back to the Radisson."
First class furnishings, toiletries, beverages, room service, food, pleasant welcoming staff.
Absolutely none.

"Mmm - we had been for a day conference in the hotel in the past and had liked the facilities on offer and decided to stay there as a result. Not up to the standard of our experience of a 5* hotel - sorry!"
Bed very comfortable. Clean. Central for our purposes.
Overcharged by one set menu meal in restaurant.TV not able to be switched on. After an hour my husband went back to reception there was no record of our request for it to be looked at.Mini bar did not have an adequate sign that dictated any bottles touched in fridge would be chargedcomputerised-reception however did not charge probably because the fridge was not switched on.Concierge not in attendance as I left hotel - member of the public opened the door for me. No parking facilities and no mention of where to park on hotel website. Valet parking not offered. Toilet roll cheap and thin. No hairdryer and not mentioned so on website. Not aware beforehand of leisure facilities.

"We all would stay with the Radision again as the overall experience was excellent."
the hotel situation was excellent as it was 100yards from the Central Station and a very short walk to shopping areas/ resturants/ bars.

"Good but could have been excellent"
helpful staff and good breakfast
The bed was like a trampoline and awful. The air conditoning was very noisy, not good for a new hotel. The NCP car park access was horrible

"Quite good."
Lovely room, with nice modern en-suite facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient for main shopping area.
Lounge area not that appealing, and drinks very expensive. Cooked breakfast disappointing and some items were cold. Even for a one night stay, it would have been nice to have had more hanging space for clothes only one coat hanger provided.

"Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at the Radisson again."
Ideally situated for main tourist attractions!

"I enjoyed my stay. I felt very comfortable and secure. The staff did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. I had a late check-out as my train was in the afternoon. "
Comfortable and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Smoking room. Wide choice of hot and cold breakfast with excellent service. Very good Room Service and pleasant and friendly staff, especially the Concierge who got me a taxi each morning.
Inferior quality lavatory paper. Very high prices in the hotel bar. One small glass of Pinot Grigio was £5.25 and a bottle was £19. I belong to a Wine Club so know quite a bit about wine and the prices of good and superior wine. This mark-up, to me, was rather extortionate.

"Felt extemely poor value for money - hotels in Glasgow were particularly busy during my stay & I found pricing excessive. Not restricted exclusively to Radisson though as this was a general observation of all Glasgow hotels. I felt it clear that Radisson is looking to present a "modern" and clinical feel for the hotel rooms but for me this detracts from some of the functionality and a lot of the comfort. Perhaps I'm not the target market although I stay regularly at the Marriott in Glasgow."
All facilities expected were there & they worked.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Poor wardrobe design. Poor ironing station - design is bad especially for left handed people!

Check in and check out - very slow indeed only one staff on ... waited twenty mins to check out and ten mins to check in

"I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again "
extremely helpful staff, pleasant, welcoming. Overall high quality of accommodation Very quick check in and check out Good selection of facilities in the room, iron, hairdryer, robes etc.
there was already items missing from the mini bar and also seemed to be a space for something in the area above the mini bar which meant a charge was automatically added to my bill - this was however deducted immediately and without question when advised I had not used the items.

Pool and jacuzzi good. Bed fine. Couldn't find out how to access radio to listen to Archers Omnibus and nice man from reception came up and found the channel for me.We enjoyed breakfast: staff obviously aimed to please.
Expensive. We've had stays of similar quality in other hotels for less. Robes unnecessary: dispense with them and charge a bit less. Prices in minibar ridiculous.Area round about horrible. That's not the hotel's fault but perhaps could be acknowleged by charging at a more reasonable level.

Bed was lovely and comfortable - excellent location - very modern buidling with great facilities
the lifts are stupid - you have to press the floor you want before you get in air conditioning in room is SO noisy pool changing rooms could have doen with c clean - lots of fluff on the floor!

chic, classy hotel, but not pretentious. Architecture and style is individual and feels like it has been designed by a human without interference by an accountant. Surprisingly, everything in the hotel works as it was designed to. A minor miracle in Scotland. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our room on time by a lovely, polite, foreign girl.
Pity about the view out the room of a disused piece of ground and an old building. Maybe Glasgow council could clean up or have the owners of the area and building do so. I'd much rather they knocked the building down and planted trees but I guess that's too radical an idea.

"We had a very comfortable stay made all the more enjoyable by the staff on duty"
very friendly and extremely helpful staff. delicious breakfast with excellent choice. the valet parking is well worth the extra. Great location for shopping and entertainment
the room was a little shabby in need of decorating. Finally it was difficult to find, navigating the one way system in Glasgow.

"We thoroughly enjoyed Glasgow, but the Hotel could do with having bit of personal touch"
The most cheerfull and helpfull was the room service and door staff.
Bar and restuarant staff slow and unatentive, had to complain and request for management to finaly recieve adequite service.Black mildew on tiles in shower area depicts inadiquate cleaning.Light bulbs in room reported three times but no action taken.

"Not at all what I would expect, or am used to, from a 5 star hotel."
Consistent level of service
Room not ready for considerable length of time after check-in time Left over food and empty bottles in corridor from night before at 4.30pm the next day Dirty and stained bedding Constant excuses given by staff rather than accepting issues

"I enjoyed my stay but thought it was expensive but probably would stay there again."
The staff were very helpful and the room was very pleasant. It was good having gym and pool facilities available which were excellent. The hotel is in a good central location making it very convenient.
There is inadequate parking outside the hotel for dropping off and the discounted car park was a few minutes away making the valet service virtually inevitable. A morning paper wasn't free and I think when paying over

"very good although could not appreciate all services when only staying for one night"
very efficient and helpful staff.excellent amenities in the room. great choice for breakfast, the best we have ever seen.
would have expected a small complimentary bottle of water as received in other 5 star hotels we have stayed in.

"Very Good"
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Made a real effort to help with suggestions as we had a few time constraints, therefore, opened the restaurant early.

"Would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again."
Modern, clean and very central for Glasgow. Great breakfast. The staff were very helpful.
Delayed checking in but to be fair the whole city seemed to be very busy as Bon Jovi were in town.

The Jacuzi was not working. The heating for the showers in the Gym was broken consequently the pool was not as warm as usual.

"We were there to celebrate my boyfriends 21st birthday, overall the hotel and the rooms were excellent it was just not having a bath and the wrong breakfast that spoilt it a bit."
I book the hotel for events quite often as part of my job and it's really nice inside, I usually book the hilton for personal use but thought I'd try this for a change. It was very modern, I liked the fact that on a Sunday you could get breakfast until 1pm. I also liked that it had a heated floor and mirror, the room was very clean.
We got a room without a bath which was really dissapointing, I asked at reception if we could change but they had no other rooms available. To be fair we only booked the day before and had a late check in. Also I requested a vegetarian breakfast to the room but got a meat one instead.
