"Very good apart from the food."

Accommodation was clean, quite and efficient and of excellent value.

The food in the nearby restaurant was terrible....it would be handy if you could arrange a meal deal with a nearby hotel etc.

we are smokers - so understand this is not good but you allow a smoking room and only supply 1 ashtray - very minor problem - but annoying when you want to relax :

    "Perfect for us with a 5 and a 2 year old. "

Staff couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly. So lovely and very helpful. Size of the room was great, said it slept 3 but was easily room for 4. We arrived at 10pm and reception was manned and made it all very easy.

A little drawer space would have been helpful as we stayed 3 nights.

"Comfortable beds. Clean, good sized room. Very friendly staff"

On arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff who were able to assure us that our additional requirement of a cot had been met.

As I did not book directly with the hotel, I had to telephone to find out whether the cot would be available as the emailed confirmation said that it could not be guaranteed

"Well we enjoyed our stay and wasn't about to moan or complain we were at T4 on the beach * I do strongly recommend u up date the Bathrooms though as the black in the tiles looked unsightly and sort the loo's out to flush properly......"

The reception staff were so helpful and friendly the bed was comfie and the room was an adiqate space for 3 of us, the actual room was decorated well

To be honest the loo could do with being checked as it didn't flush well and the tiles around the bath could do with a good clean.....maybe u need to regrout them they were black in a lot of places didnt look good the kettle wire I had to complain about as it was faulty and was dangerous....only 1 plug socket in the room is bad news should have had a double socket

"Handy location at the M5 services, staff very friendly, it was OK for a quick overnight stay. We didn't get the breakfast from the breakfast bar at reception, but this was available for guests. There was a shortcut from the hotel area towards Weston-super-Mare which meant we didn't have to drive up the M5 northbound to the next junction to get exploring the area. Although parking was available, it was full on our return at night, so we used the next door services parking area instead with no issue. Plenty of local tourism leaflets available too, and a complimentary newspaper Independent available."

Great location on the M5 northbound, and easy to find. Staff were very friendly at check-in and helpful with local information. Room quite spacious, and clearly could accommodate 2 in double bed, and 2 on a sofa bed. Hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities included, and a trouser press also available in room. Had a complimentary copy of The Independent. Bed was clean, and had a medium-weight duvet. TV also present but we didn't use it.

The ground-floor room smelt musty the instant we walked in, despite being a non-smoking room. Although our awareness of this passed, it's disappointing that it cannot be kept aired and therefore smell better. The bathroom decor and suite was rather dated maybe 10-15 years old, although it was clean enough. The shower flow of water was great, but the draining out was so slow, we ended up standing in 5-6 inches water by end of a quick shower.

"Overall very happy with our stay, staff very helpful and hotel centrally located for surrounding tourist attractions. Having stayed in numerous 'motorway hotels' this is one of the better ones."

Good facilities, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, kids bed was set up upon arrival.

Hotel car park small, but able to use the main service station car park. Dirty cups in room, had not been cleaned and stunk off gone off milk if children had used the cups they would have had very bad tummy upset. Issue dealt with very well by front desk staff, simple oversight by cleaning staff.
