Excellent, comfortable beds, great showers, convenient location, easily booked on the morning of our travel

Restaurant staff were a bit stressed at Sunday morning breakfast due to a large tour group

There was no shower curtain in the room. Therefore when we used the shower the bathroom floor flooded and we had to dry it with the bath mat. The bathroom floor also became very slippery with all the water.

"As we were staying two nights, the picture on the tv was important. My son and I were staying. There was a double bed and a couch folded down which did not leave much room. However I did like it, even though we did not get our newspaper as promised."

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and congenial. Bed very comfortable. Location in the city suited me, easy to find and access from M8. Meal in restaurant was OK -relaxed atmosphere

Nothing really - shame no parking was available however, as I had to keep moving the var and feeding the on street meter, which was a nuisance and expensive.

"the hotel was perfect but unfortunately on arrival on 22/11/07 i was informed that they had no trace of a booking for me. after a lot of questions and searching with still no trace and a lot of frustration and upset we managed to secure a room. it could have been much worse if they had no vacancies so i wont be using you again"

"The hotel is fantastic if you are going to the Kings Theatre in Glasgow as it is minutes away. It's also a few minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street and the main shops. About 5 minutes in a taxi from Central Station, traffic permitting. Excellent all round location!"

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and had excellent facilities. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Having 4 people in a room

toilet was separate from bathroom which was good but it didn't have a sink so you had to go into the bathroom anyway!

"Hotel fairly central and within walking distance of city center. Hotel also able to keep suitcases after we had checked out to allow us to have some time in city before heading home. Bar closed at 0100 hrs preventing a late drink on return to hotel after a music concert."

Staff were friendly and helpful. Roooms were clean and comfortable and had a spearate toilet from bathroom area.

Found a hair in my breakfast, but staff dealt with this appropriately and were quick to apologise and deal with the matter.

leaky roof in the restaurant, it was dripping on our table and on one of our party's arm! we asked to move table but were told it wasnt possible as they were set for breakfast, they moved our table a couple of inches but i dont think this was a satisfactory solution.

noise, xmas party music til late on and guests behaving like teenagers banging on doors and singing etc til 4am. I was on the 5th floor.

Seperate toilet facility was an excellent idea. However the main advantage was the location, really central.

As much as I liked the seperate toilet, there was no sink, which took away the advantage of being able to use the facilities when my the shower was being used. Kettle broken, however this was replaced really quickly.

Couple of light bulbs very dark in the loo! and hairdryer not working properly

Great value...the hotel was very nice. Very knowledgeable check-in person.

At check out, we were overbilled I caught it, the man forgot to give me my credit card had to go back, and he forgot to give me my parking token had to go back. He could use a little more training!
