I got a warm reception on arrival which was welcome after a long journey. I asked for a quiet room & was allocated one at the far end of a corridor, so there were no passing guests thank you.
The scrambled egg on the buffet breakfast was very undercooked & because it had sat around so long was grey & very unappetising.

"Excellent"
Visited Leeds with wife for a weekend away together following strained period of marriage. Just what we needed to pull it back from the brink and save it to make up. It worked ! Staff friendly,helpful and professional and courteous.Made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived in the reception. Hotel in good location with excellent facilities including a basement car park, a must and very much valued and appreciated.Room good for price paid but may upgrade in future. Food good value and restaurant staff excellent and friendly. A modern very clean and well managed hotel and looking forward to returning in new year. Tempt me ! Thanks very much

Very flexible and customer focused - allowed early check in and late check out plus bags could be left safely after check out, before train journey back.
A little noisy at night but we hadn't realised that the window was open which obviously didn't help!

Clean modern hotel in good location. Competitive on site parking. Good amenities.
Food in restaurant on one meal was not of good quality. Drinks very expensive and prices varied depending on who served you. Times where no staff in bar and reception available to speak to.

Excellent room. Value for money. Spacious and comfortable. Loved the shower. Liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Especially pleased that our room came with an iron and ironing board as we had planned to request one from reception not long after checking into our room and then did not need to. Hotel was in a great location.

"We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel - I was very impressed with the value for money and the quality of the hotel."
The room was fantastic, with lots of space to store luggage etc. and lots of drawers and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was lovely and it was nice having the toilet separate from the bathroom. We felt very secure at this hotel - there was a good sized safe in the room which was easy to operate. The room was always cleaned to a high standard - the house-keeping staff were lovely, always friendly whenever we saw them. Breakfast at this hotel was absolutely amazing- the food was always fresh and there was a wide choice of hot and cold food, including healthy choices such as cereals, yogurts and fruit. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well organised and we were made to feel really welcome during our stay.
The only 'bad' thing I can say about this hotel is that one of the two lifts was out of order for most of our 10 day stay - this was a little bit inconvenient, but didn't cause any major problems we probably should've been taking the stairs to work off breakfast anyway!

"At short notice we got this room at a greatly reduced rate £55 for a room probably costing over £100, meaning it's better quality than I usually stay in. Everything good from spacious and light room to good choice of TV, good breakfast Sunday breakfast from 6am which was vital to us because of travelling we needed to do. Many hotels start breakfast as late as 8am on Sunday, which would have been no good to us, we left not long after 7am, and very helpful reception staff. "

"The accommodation was good value for the price of £60 per room per night but I wouldn't have been happy if I'd paid much more than that. The breakfast needed much more care and organisation. The chef seemed to be the one who was picking up most of the shortfalls and trying to keep up. The waiting staff need to be much more visible and attentive."
Room was clean and tidy and both the bed and the sofa bed had been made up
Pillows on the main bed were uncomfortable and square. No spares were provided. Toilet separate from the bathroom but had no sink so you couldn't use it when someone was in the bathroom as there was nowhere to wash your hands. Breakfast on Monday morning was dreadful - disorganised with no staff. We didn't get any tea or coffee and many of the basic items such as sliced bread, butter, milk, fruit salad had run out and not been replenished. Also the room information said two different times that breakfast was served - all the information should say the same thing, guests shouldn't be expected to work it out for themselves!

Very good value for money. Central location to shops, pubs, etc. Rooms great.
Wish check in for everyone was the same as most of us did get to check in earlier than stated. Overall no complaints.

Liked the location. Easy to walk to down town, but not noisy. Bar/ restaurant across the road good food and atmosphere. convenience store x2 close by very helpful. Felt secure and nice breakfast.

The Hotel was very well stuated for leeds main shopping centre and nightlife, 10 minutes walk to both,yet quiet enough to not hear the hustle and bustle of it all
Parking at the hotel is very limited,but five minutes walk and there is secure parking at the railway station open 24/7, being under cctv coverage and totally fenced in its a good place to leave the car, watch the charges though
