"As per usual a good stay. Our room was on the 6th floor, the AirCon/Heating had broken down. We were provided with additional heaters"
Hotel is well placed, Staff seem generally polite keen & interested.Clean well maintained hotel
Room service, Absolutely Dreadful! Don't bother! its very expensive, Cold, badly displayed & delivery took ages. How can you get Fish & Chips, and a Cheese Sandwich so wrong! a disgusting disgrace!...........Never again! I'd rather starve!

PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS HAD COVERED SMOKE ALARM WITH SHOWER CAP, POINTED THIS OUT TO DUTY MANAGER WHO SAID IT WOULD BE REMOVED... IT WASNT! NO CLOSE ENOUGH TO BROAD STREET.

Good value for money, easy check in and check out, friendly staff.
Reception area looked a bit tired - the carpet was frayed, so first impressions not brilliant. The bar was not open late - would have expected this to be the case. However we were able to get a drink from the reception to take up to the room.

Hotel is clean fairly modern & friendly
Power off for 5 hours. This was scheduled but nobody told me!very inconvienient. Also hot water not readily available.

Hotel was modern,clean. Room was good size, had all i needed eg iron,tea and coffee. Staff were excellent from reception through to bar staff.
As it was a company credit card that had been used to book the rooms,when we checked in didn't realise that needed a letter to say it was okay to deduct the cost of nights stay. Although staff dealt with very well and matter resolved in the end. Maybe mention this at booking point on website to save delays.

nice hotel,only 5 minutes walk from where i was going.clean hotel,nice smell.
air conditioning only blew out cold air so room was cold.storage heater worked ok but took time to warm the room.water in sink in bathroom red hot but in bath lukewarm,had to bucket water from sink into bath to make it hot.

enjoyed my stay, the staff are friendly efficient and offer top customer service. Rooms are warm and comfortable, a little dated but seem well maintained. I'd stay again for £39.00, anymore I can do better elsewhere!

The hotel claims when I checked in that I had booked 3 rooms.I made it clear it was one,but without any comment at check-in or check-out I have now received a bill for no-show for the other two rooms.The hotel has already deleted this from my credit card without permission;I aM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM.

Fantastic receptionist! Room service delivered quickly and food was good at midnight.
No hot water in the afternoon. Faced main road dual carriageway so hard to sleep at night.

"all in all apart from the drunk it was a very nice hotel. and I would stay there again."
food was excellent. in the resturante. and breakfast was good service was very good. beds were clean and the room very clean.
the bath tap fell off as did the light switch into the bathroom. also the security was a little off as a drunken guest tried to kick our door in the first night at 3 am. but the staff were good. and changed our room the second night.

Friendly approachable staff, cleanliness good. Food lovely too.
My TV had no remote control, the arial was faulted. My bed was so hard I didn't sleep I requested an extra duvet for comfort but never got it!. The breakfast was rather delayed, I had to wait to be seated, then wait once seated for the food to be put out thus makig me late.

friendly staff,warming decor.Covenient parking very satisfied regarding the cost and reasonably price food and drinks in the eating area.
Black uninviting mould stains in and around bath and shower area, Shower did,nt work correctly. Im sure this is a oversight on your housekeeping.
