"Had a great time."
The food was lovely and the special hen party rate was excellent value, rooms were clean and spacious, shower was amazing, reception staff were very friendly and helpful
Service in the restaurant was slow. The food on the general menu was overpriced for the amount you got.

"I chose this hotel for the 'ample parking' and there were lots of spaces when I arrived. The room was a good 4* standard but the bathroom was in need of a new basin and tiles. Everything was clean and the room was cleaned while we were out. Staff were all great and were willing to help."
There was lots of room in the car park why I booked this hotel. The staff were great and efficient. Staff were happy to get the sofa bed made up if I needed it. Room was cleaned when we went out for the morning.
Bathroom was a bit disappointing but shower worked very well - cracked sink and damaged floor tiles

The spa, pool and bar areas were faultless.
The bathroom in our room wasnt the best. The toilet smelt and the shower was poor. Also had a lovely view of the roof top.

"Booking was easy, as was finding the hotel. It is only ten minutes' walk from the city centre, and has good, undercover car parking. The bed was comfortable and the facilities good, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was over the price of breakfast: we went into the city and ate well for a third of the price."
Comfortable bed, good facilities
Breakfast is overpriced

"I am a Priority Club member, the IC hotels frequent traveller program, and have stayed over 180 nights Crowne Plazas in recent years. Apart from the cleanliness of the bathroom, the staff in this hotel are indifferent; I asked in the bar on the first night of mt staff for some peanuts to accompany our drinks to be told we don't have any. On the second night the same response: not a difficult thing to resolve but symptomatic of the standard in the hotel. Champagne pricing but beer service."
The hotel is in the city centre easily accessible from the A58
The bathroom was grubby; shower head dirty, door dirty, around the washbasin was dirty.

I Liked the cleanliness of the room
The food could be better with an average a la carte menu present

"Acceptable"
It was acceptable but having stayed in the Crowne Plaze in Glasgow on a number of occassions I found that the Leeds Plaza did not offer the same level of accommodation and it was more expensive.
The hotel was fine but when comparing it to the Glasgow Plaza it was not the same value for money.

"I did not think the breakfast was of good quality. Hot food poor, toaster inadequate for numbers and pastries - e.g. croissants were almost spongy."
Heating controllable so not too hot

"Staff were helpful and attentive, room was clean and comfortable, facilities were fine. Generally good, slightly further out from main part of town than expected. Getting from car to foyer difficult with suitcases, did not know about lift inside underground car park. Overall successful stay."
It was clean and comfortable

"Large room with a comfortable bed, and great food. Definitely part of a chain though, and certain things just didn't work mini bar and air con for instance. About a 10min walk from the station. Overall though, a very comfortable stay, with very helpful staff."
Great food, comfy bed, very helpful staff
Some furniture is a bit dated. Air con didn't work.

"Location was good for an easy stroll into the city centre. Nice to be able to have a swim. Hotel seemed good quality for the money. Nice to have parking on site although wasn't made aware that a charge £6 was made but the hotel did cancel the charge as I was not made aware."
Good value for money. Leisure facility appreciated.
The noise of the lift was annoying at night and the walls probably a bit thin unless they were really drunk next door!

The Location and general standard of the hotel is what you would expect for the price and location.
The Smell coming through the Heating Vents at night was so bad our stay was wrecked. Still makes me sick thinking about it!!

"cant fault the cleanliness but disappointed with the specification of the room for the price of it. would not reccomend the restraunt, better to eat out."
clean, good location, good food.
expensive for what we got, needs modernising to bring up to date. very expensive in restraunt, £17.95 for minted lamb burger and chips! would rather stay in travel lodge etc and save the extra money than go to this hotel again.
