One of the beds was broken, no maintenance until third day of stay arrived Sunday bed mended Tuesno refund or compensation offered. Carpets in hallways/stairs very worn and dirty.

Bathroom needs updating. Toilet difficult to flush. Toilet roll holder coming off the wall' Bath panel unsightly. Lack of water power on shower. Poor television reception on all channels.

Breakfast leaves a little to be desired, with it being pre-cooked not as hot as it could be & bacon after standing a while gets a little bit dried up

Hotel easy to find. Good location. Room clean and good breakfast. It has SKY sport and that is a plus for male visitors.

Good selection / choice of breakfast buffet. Better value than typical Travelodge in locality.

Easy to find, it was clean, good to London via underground.

resturant service was poor and the menu very limited, it seemed that if you didn't want a curry or a chilli then you may well be left having a sandwich. Shower control in our romm was dangerous allowing water hot enough to lightly burn the tops of my feet, when trying to turn it back to cold it would jamb. We wanted to report this to the receptionist as we were leaving but the desk was unmanned.

Since our last stay in the Bell Hotel, it was refurbished. We were delighted with the refurbishment and enjoyed our stay there. We were particulary impressed with the window shutters, appearance very classy and guaranteed a good nights sleep with no light coming in the window.

The only aspect of the hotel that didn't meet our needs was the early closing time of the bar.

Checking in was a nightmare, they mucked up the reservations orders between the 5 that I had reserved on my card. They was booked for my wedding evening and my father had to come away from my reception to sort the muck up out.

The room was tastefully decorated and all the staff were polite

No hot water on the night of arrival or the next morning. A constant buzz from behind the headboard. Poor restaurant meni i.e. mainly curry. The room service menu was better

Stayed in room 68 on ground floor which was lovely & clean & a great base for our trip away.

Friends stayed in room upstairs which was very hot. Also it a shame that the stairways appeared neglected & smelled of damp.

Not very inviting from the outside. Requested 3 rooms close together but ended up on two levels and different wings. Online information and booking options limited. Booked 3 double rooms but got 3 different room types though still at same price and all acceptable.Had to go outdoors to reach rooms.Only one key issued per room. Bar closed on sunday morning/afternoon. Couldn't even get a soft drink. It was a hot day.

Nicely sized room, good value. Nice, updated bathroom in the room. Excellent shower. All in all, I was satisfied, and would use this hotel again.

Hotel feels old. The halls, especially, gave a poor impression of the hotel. As I walked to my room I wondered if I had chosen properly. Once I got in my room, however, I was completely satisfied.
