"Very good. Excellent breakfast and service in the restaurant."
As we arrived on the Friday at 11 a.m. we were very pleased to be able to use our room although initially we were worried that as the wedding was 1 .30 p.m. we might have had to leave our luggage and not actually use the room until after the reception which turned out to be after midnight.
Not really a bad point but we did have problems with the room key when we returned from the reception which was after midnight. This was soon put right by the gentleman on reception.

More variation on the breakfast menu would have been preferred such as a variation on bread and also some cheese for the bread. Also, the room tempature could have been a little warmer.

"maybe you could consider including breakfast as part of the booking fee. \that would make it so much more easier. we did have our own provisions but they had to consumed quickly as there was no fridge which is unusual. Thankyou"
the provisions for two adults and two children were good. the children slept well.
the heating in the wall panelling was far too warm for this time of year even with the window open and the fan on. there was no iron and the taps in the basin either provided scaldingly hot water or cold. No mixer tap. I asked for a jug to manually mix the water to wash the children with and was given a big heavy glass jug which could have been dangerous.

"Overall an excellent stay. Staff very friendly. We would choose to stay there again. "
I often stay overnight in hotels but this one was perfect. The location was excellent, right in the city centre next to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was modern and nicely decorated and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. There was also a lovely bar/restaurant within the hotel which provided an excellent all you can eat breakfast! We enjoyed that very much! The staff went out their way to provide me with anything i needed including tours, directions and places to see.

"I was impressed by the universal friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff. My room contained everything I needed and was blissfully clean and comfortable. Although it overlooked Argyle Street, I found it sufficiently quiet not to have to resort to earplugs and slept soundly. The only slight disturbance came from the refurbishment of one of the two lifts, which began entirely reasonably at nine in the morning. I'd happily stay here again"
Conveniently central. Clean, comfortable and outstandingly spacious for the price.
