"Horrible stay there were hairs that i dont want to even mention again plus crumbs in the bed do they actually clean this place id be removing them from my business site if they were on it absolute filth."
All over they were not even bothered when I pointed out the error clearly dont need my business never reccomend to anyone!!

Good central location for what we where wanting it for.
Waiting 2 hour's for ironing board 4 phone calls later to be told that we would have it soon. Poor communication between staff. Never made it to breakfast dining room to small. Did'nt get a good sleep only 1 pillow which was very flat you felt as it you where sleeping on the mattress. Bathroom smelt of raw sawage which was off putting. Room door would lock right not secure at all.

Staff very friendly and efficient
Only bad point was - there was no towel rail in bathroom and no where in shower to put your soap or shower gel - but not too inconvenient

Some of the fittings in the bathroom were missing/broken. A bit noisy outside the hotel.

Convenient to local ameneties. Staff nice/helpful. Food fine.
Rough shape. Worn carpets. Broken fixtures. No soap in public toilets. Needs a face lift badly.

"Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro nella stessa camera con bagno per ns scelta, quindi sapevamo che gli spazi erano ridotti ma siamo stati bene, non mancava nulla, i letti confortevoli e puliti, il bagno funzionale e spazioso, possibilità di farsi caffè/te in camera, colazione in sala abbondante e il personale gentilissimo. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per visitare la città, per fare shopping o anche solo per andare a pub... "
Ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione, camera confortevole,colazione abbondante.
La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione ma conosco i "viaggiatori/vandali" che purtroppo sono in maggioranza rispetto ai viaggiatori corretti/cortesi...

"Not nice at all moved hotels after day 1"
Friendly staff at front of house!
Hair found in places that makes me feel sick!! When I argued the point got moved to another room with the same thing absolutly not noce at all they were not interested in what I had to say in fact were not even bothered that I even moved hotels LOW BUDGET MUCH NICER!
