"No significant complaints and overall a very good experience"
Very comfortable room, everything worked, asked for and actually allocated a quiet room, excellent breakfast,
Wrong price stated on checking in receptionist not apologetic, key card not set to work on second night receptionist very apologetic, and much more seriously : very difficult to find the hotel in the dark i.e poor signage before and when you arrive at the site missed it and had to make along detour to get back.

"I think breakfast should be on until 10-11am. Housekeeping knocked on our door three times to clean the room, but we were booked until 11am at the room. I don't think a guest should be disturbed if they have paid for a room up until 11am. The check in lady was very nice when we checked in. She could not sell us a room directly we had to go online . This is not her fault as she explained there is an online quota and a desk quota. She had exceeded her desk quota. Had we not had access to the internet we would have had to go to another hotel. Fortunately we could get online via our blackberry. "
Very clean nice room. Secure parking. Plesant atmosphere. Nice check in lady. It was nice that you had fresh milk on tap at the tea/coffee section rather than the mini milk cartons. We missed breakfast , but the receptionsit was hospitable and offered us biscuits and tea. The check in lady was lovely and told us where local amenties were. She is a credit to your hotel.
A few cobwebs on stairs lamps but apart from that very clean and nice. We rang down for a spare toothbrush and razor. We got a toothbrush but not a razor. We did not like being disturbed by house keeping if we have paid up until 11am.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. The two bad points were minor things and overall we were very pleased with it, particularly ths size of the room."
Hotel was really nice. The room was a really good size, we had a double room and it was really spacious. Shower was great, nice and powerful and breakfast was nice in the morning. Would have been happy to stay longer than one night.
Not really much bad to say apart from altho the staff were very helpful we didnt get much info when we checked in re check out time/breakfast times etc. The kettle in our room had a lot of limescale in it therefore we could not use it.

"The stay was good and only stayed for one night however there was room for improvemwnt. "
The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were of a big size and again very clean and it was value for money.
The keys did not work first time on any of the three rooms i had booked and i had to go back to reception to rectify this, and having done this still didnt work first time. The hotel also seemed understaffed and not very organised. Out of the three members of staff whom i met, one of them didnt behave in the manner i would expect. Maybe this was because it was at breakfast and it was busy but his uniform should i say T Shirt and Jeans was inappropriate as the T Shirt was way too tight for him and kept riding up showing his midrift. Not a sight you want to see whilst eating! His attitude wasnt much better either, throwing spoons when i asked if they had any more as they had run out. However i would stay at this hotel again as it was value for money and i beleive the issues i had were probably a one off i hope!
