The bed was the most comfortable ever

"Nice hotel on the whole,but the room smelled a little funny, not in a nice way! Also, there was VERY LOUD THUMPING DANCE MUSIC at a party in a function room below us, which could be heard loud and clear. Visitor than that, it was a cheap if you book in advance and pleasant hotel. Staff were lovely."
Loved the leisure centre and the fact you can book smoking rooms.
The bar prices are too high!

"A pleasent hotel with very good pool, sauna and steam room. The only negative point is the cost of breakfast!! I understand that hotels often make money through travelling business people through the week, who's company would pick up the expense. However people travelling for family occassions such as wedding and christenings, etc at weekends sometimes can't afford to pay 14 pounds each for breakfast. It would be better if the hotel could do a 'weekend special' and reduce the price of breakfast. This would surely get more people into the restaurant for breakfast over the weekends. I ended up going elsewhere for my breakfast as I refuse to pay that much. For your info I could get four breakfasts for the price you charge for one breakfast at a supermarket cafe close by, theres also a McDonalds about 1/2 mile from the hotel which serves breakfasts"
The fact it was clean and tidy.
The only negative point is the cost of breakfast!!

"The hotel was very comfortable but if the food was better or cheaper we would have eaten twice and the rooms where missing a hotel brochure detailing where everything was. I would recommend the hotel for our kind of stay, passing through on business, but not to stay for any length of time and would have been disgusted by paying full price."
