Very Helpful Staff. No language barrier.

Some of the fittings were poor and lack of toiletries was noticeable on the first night. The finishing detail of the room needed a little attention. Would normally expect better for the cost of the room.

Way too much money for a standard hotel. I would expect to pay this much for a luxury hotel, not a travel-tavern style place.

No atmosphere. Room liberally described as "twin" - more like a double bed with an extended camp bed flung in.

Room not up to standard, net curtains shabby, carpet not laid well, no soap in room. Breakfast start too late to be useable 7:30 start at work

"THE HOTEL AND ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, CLEAN AND TIDY. UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE UNAWARE WE THAT THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT OPEN, WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING TO THE HOTEL IN THE EVENING AND NOT HAVING TO GO OUT FOR A MEAL AND BEING ABLE TO HAVE A DRINK AND NOT WORRY ABOUT DRIVING ANYWHERE. WE HAD TO GO OUT TO THE GREAT WESTERN OPPOSITE FOR A MEAL AND WAS MADE EXTREMELY WELCOM AND AN EXCELLENT MEAL."

NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL FACILITIES OVER THE XMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIOD I.E. NO RESTAURANT IN THE EVENING, BREAKFAST TIMES/AVAILABILITY. UNINFORMATIVE MEMBER OF STAFF ON ARRIVAL. WOULD HAVE BEEN AN IDEA TO HAVE HAD AN ITINERY OF WHAT WAS/WASN'T AVAILABLE. NO XMAS/NEW YEAR INFORMATION WAS LISTED ON WEBSITE WHEN BOOKING

Room was very warm and the floor creaked outside the room. Opened the window to let air in during night but Air con unit adjacent were noisey

We stayed in one of the Junior Suits, the room was very clean, modern and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a weekend stay. The staff were very helpful and efficient

"I WAS VERY IMPRESSED - WAS NOT EXPECTING GREAT THINGS FOR THE PRICE - DIDN'T EXPERIENCE THE RESTAURANT BUT WAS AMAZED AT SUCH A GOOD `CONT.' BKFST DELIVERED PROMPTLY AT 4.30AM - INC. YOG AND CEREAL AS WELL AS CROISSANT AND PASTRY. SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT."

"As I said the room was excellent and reception staff good - there was plenty of car parking although the signs/directions to the hotel could have been better. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel."

The accommodation and room was clean, good - the bed was an excellent size although the room lighting could have been slightly better. The reception & bar staff were excellent. The breakfast room staff could have been better.

"I would like to have been advised on Saturday to go down for breakfast early before the bulk of the wedding guests were up. It was nearly impossible to get into the serving room to help yourself. It might have helped if the waiters had brought our tea or coffee to our table and eased the conjestion round the food area.The next day, breakfast was fine - and all other meals in the hotel were really enjoyable."

Clean, comfortable, excellent food.All staff friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of guests staying after a wedding on saturday night and car park was full. Friends joining us for an evening meal could not park.They had a disabled badge but as far as we could see there was only one disabled space and that was taken.

No early morning facilities for early morning flights, which advertising itself as an airport hotel, is not such good service

"Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Everything you needed in the room, and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and approachable, happy to accomodate. Breakfast was to a good standard and plenty of choice. Large secure car park, easy to find."

Good size room, good value for money

The bed wasn't too comfortable and wasnt particularly well made on arrival.

"At check in, the clerk preferred to answer the phone than speak to the customer in front of him, which I found irritating. Poor bar layout means that it was difficult to find a table to eat at."

Got woken up early by loud base beat from gym downstairs and some people in there shouting to each other.

"DECIEVING HOTEL FROM THE OUTSIDE AS MUCH BETTER AND BIGGER ON THE IN! GREAT BED AND LARGE ROOM WITH A HEARTY BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING! WOULD HAVE EXPECTED A MINI BAR IN THE ROOM, ESPECIALLY IN AN EXECUTIVE ROOM, SO THEREFORE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THIS PREVIOUSLY."

BIG ROOM WITH GOOD SHOWER, COMFORTABLE BED. LEISURE FACILITIES ADEQUATE, BREAKFAST GOOD. SECURE CAR PARKING. CONVENIENT LOCATION.

NO MINI BAR IN ROOM. BREAKFAST AREA TOO SMALL, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT BECAME BUSY.

Silly but no biscuits in room. I like a cup of tea and a biscuit while I'm catching up on work.

Very friendly staff, rooms were spotless.

The only small complaint i had was the dividing walls between rooms were not properly insulated enough for sound and you could hear the tv next door.
