"Booked small room, because of good price. Room was adequate for the purpose. Great location, very friendly staff, excellent Breakfast. Very comfortable stay, will use the hotel again, and would recommend. Great Value for Money"

Found a very good promotional offer on line, for the executive double room. Then experiencing the three course special in the restaurant the hole package was excellent value for money.

I assumed from the website my room was going to be newly refurbished and was quite dissapointed when it wasnt even thought it had everything needed.We didnt actually sample food other than breakfast which was good.

Friendliness and helpfullness of all the staff. Good quality food - breakfast and evening meal.
Car park too small - cant open doors when in parking spaces - minor point. Long walk to city centre but good transport infrastructure nearby.

very clean and tidy room, the staff were extremley poliet and helpful.We were made to feel very welcome and will definatley be visiting again.
only two....personally we did find it a bit to hot inside the hotel room and some proper soap / shampoo would of been better, but you cant keep everyone happy.we will just bring our own next time we stay :

This is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel. Our room was particularly spacious. Breakfast was the only meal we took but this was fine.
One minor irritation was that on our way to our room at 10.00pm there were dirty plates on a table in the games room which were still there when we went to breakfast. Only complaint.

Newly decorated room with good flat screen TV. Very friendly and efficient staff
As I satyed in an execuative room, I expected to be able to view Sky Sports TV. This has apparently been withdrawn. A pity. Breakast is feshly cooked but the dowsniad was that there was no fresyhly cuts fruits of any kind. Dinner in the evening was pleasantly cooked but the bright ambience in the dining room is not condusive to a relaxed occasion. Softer lights and candles are desperately needed.

"Highly enjoyable"
Good value for money, very clean hotel, breakfast was excellent and all members of staff were very helpful, professional and polite we would definitely stay there again.
Only criticism was that the room could have been more spacious, however this didn't spoil our stay.

"Very good value and comfortable for business woman travelling alone. Quiet and got a very good nights sleep."
Good convenient location with parking. Staff very friendly and efficient. The room was huge.
The only bad point was the internet didn't work in my room. I reported it and they rebooted the system. Still didn't work so used the hard wire facility in lounge which served purpose but would have been better to have been able tp work in own room.

Very helpful staff e.g. printing out a map of where we needed to go. In a superior double room the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.
Restaurant closed on Sunday evening but the 'bar food' alternative was good. Due to a convention parking was difficult but good alternative arrangements were made.
