"Hotel was convenient for Nottingham city centre and was as advertised. Lack of attention to details described above rather spoilt our stay."
Helpful staff Clean, bright rooms Good parking
Broken glass in first room we were given. Second room only had one bottle of body gel/shampoo. No heating in bathroom of second room we were given. One set of towels were in a drawer which we didn't know until we phoned reception.

"Will stay again soon and recommend to friends, enough said!"
Very clean and tidy, room a bit small. Free internet and Sky TV would enhance stay.

"Perhaps we could have had a room away from the action.Could you offer a continental Breakfast at a lower price. However we enjoyed our stay. Many thanks."
Good position near City.Very clean.Friendly, helpful Staff.Good offer for break.Good breakfast.
Our room was over a very noisy band or disco on Friday night. It was also noisy from revellers on Saturday night. The walls are very thin and on each night we were entertained by the lovemaking next door!!!?

"Very good location, enjoyed Goose Fair, as I am from a local village, Calverton and wanted to bring some family members to the city and see the places of interest, Nottingham castle, lace market etc"
Very good location for city centre, good city transport so can leave own transport in the hotel car park, and of course Goose Fair which was the purpose of our stay..health centre is a good facility to have which we used the pool for an early morning swim session
Having stayed only two nights we couldn't really fault it, the outside is nothing to exciting but it is a business hotel. We didn't try the restaurant so cannot comment on the food etc. The cleanliness was adequate, although we did notice a slice of bacon of the step outside which was left all day.

"Need to give a bit more easy access to their disabled clients."
Room was clean and bed very comfortable, parking was excellent, bar & restaurant were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Asked for wheelchair accessible room just about got my chair into room, but unable to use it in room as it was very small, disabled toilet in bar locked, very noisy in the front rooms of the hotel, and meals at hotel very expensive for what they were, not a lot of variety.

"Excellent stay and would definitely return."
Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Meal in restaurant was lovely and it was a good deal to have it in with the price for an extra £16.
We felt the room we had was a little too small for the price, not much room to move due to layout etc. Not made clear where the snoking areas were.

"Good Value - paid £44 for night Didn't sleep much due to noise but to be fair it was the guests not the hotel's fault Quite a drive from National Watersports Centre where we were based."
Clean, professional, basic Nice bathroom Close to city centre
Noise from corridor - late at night & early in morning Can't see TV from bed very well Thin duvet and pillows

Cleanliness good, staff on reception very helpful with regards to booking taxis and giving directions.
Room was a little on the small side. Breakfast price was quite expensive.

Value for money was outstanding, considering the high quality and selection for breakfast and extra facilities such as the pool and sauna facilities.
All rooms had double beds.

"Little time was spent at the hotel, we arrived, booked in and ventured out, came back late evening and slept, woke up and left. Comments are based on the room as didnt see much of the rest of the hotel. "
Very nice room, clean and tidy, bright. Excellent decor and facilities. Very clean and modern including the bathroom.
Close to the main road and slightly noisy. Don't forget your token to get out of the car park when you leave.

"Very good value for money"
Colourful rooms, good breakfast, excellent bathroom finish! Two of the receptionists had excellent local knowledge of where places are.
I did not like that I thought I had paid for the room in advance on the internet but it was just held on my credit card, this wasnot so bad but when I checked in

"Good clean accomodation. There was a good choice at breakfast and the hot food was hot as were the plates to put it on . Would certainly stay there again."
Friendly and helpful staff. Credit to the receptionist who showed empathy as we had to leave suddenly due to a family crisis.

"The hotel was okay, but to be honest I don't think I would return, even although it is very close to our offices, I would prefer to stay in the premier inn"
The hotel had just been refurbished, so was in good condition
While the room was newly refurbished, it was very small. Also the food in the resturant was okay. I commented to the waiter about the fries being inedible, he apologised, but still charged for them.

"Good. "
The waiter who served me was lovely and wanting to do his best to accomodate me. The food was excellent.
The receptionists appeared geneally disinterested in the client and were absorbed in checking people in. When my customer services assistant spoke to me she sounded as if she was reading her words off a card. ' Enjoy your stay'. There is no ramp to carry your cases up to the reception which has approximately 9 - 12 steps. Quite a few. This was problematic for me. However, one of the customer assistants, female may I add, came to my assistance. That was good.

"The hotel was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. Everything was in good order and smartly presented, and the staff were very efficient and polite. The room was a little small for a longer stay, and the underground parking was very tight the open air parking looked fine. A good hotel for a short stay, but probably not ideal for any more than a couple of nights."
Very efficient staff, smart rooms. Good location.
Slighly cramped room, strange smell in hallways.

"When we were staying at the ParkInn in Nottingham, we were told of a special offer that was starting next week, in our case we would have liked to know about this offer in advance as we could well have taken advantage of it. In addition when we arrived back home we could not find any reference to the hotels special offer on the internet. In addition we could not find out if the offer was on for the rest of the ParkInn Chain of hotels."
The price is usually about right. The leisure facilities are very good. Food and drink is readily available.
Only one chair was in the room and this does not look as if it will last very long.
from Inverness UK, stayed on December 19, 2007
"Whilst it is OK for one night stay as we were staying for 3 nights to visit friends we would have liked a bigger room with more space and somewhere to sit and be comfortable."
it is within walking distance of local pubs, restaurants and the city centre. There is also an excellent bus service outside the hotel into the city. It has a friendly bar where you can get good sandwiches and light meals
Following your refurbishment the rooms are smaller and not as comfortable. There is only one uncomfortable chair and if the room is occupied by a couple who want to order room service there is nowhere to sit and enjoy food and drink or to watch television. There is only one pillow per person on the bed and many people like extra pillows for support, these are often in the wardrobe, but you don't have these now onl;y a rail and a few hangers. No biscuits with the coffee and tea. The last time we stayed there was complimentary bottled water

"room was very small, consequently the bed.Patio outside was full of cigarette butts-in recepticles provided but they were all full to overflowing."
convenience,hassle free,but only adequate.
smallness of room and bed, state of the patio area outside-cigarette butts everywhere!lifts rather dirty especially the floors-and they always smelt as if someone had been smoking in them, although there were no smoking signs displayed. No enclosed hanging space for clothes in bedroom and a lot of noise from outside-traffic.
