Quiet, free newspapers, not too big or too small, busy not not too busy
long corridors but the room at the end was very quiet which is what I had asked for and wifi out of action on the day however they did offer use of a cable connection which I didn't need to take them up on.

the room was small, and while the clenliness seemed ok the smell was foul.. also i didnt get to sleep until around 3 am after the noise of partying and laughter stopped...

Hotel location excellent. Parking excellent. Reception area very good. Breakfast excellent.
Room was too hot, unable to turn the heat off on the access pipes. Room noisy due to proximity of generators/fans at side of building in adjoining premises rear of Primark store.

"This hotel is much improved following refurbishment, but that was a couple of years or so ago, it needs to ensure continued ongoing works are carried out to maintain a reasonable standard in all areas."

Room had an interconnecting door locked and someone staying the otehr side. Whenr they try the door to ensure it is locked it's not very pleasant

Comfortable rooms. Good size. Good breakfast. Hotel itself was quiet and one of the few hotels we have used that has not been excessively hot.
Nothing bad about the hotel itself however there was constant shouting until at least 3am by people in the town centre. Distant but still irritaing.

My experience with the Ramada hotel is excellent. The staff, the room and the food was of the best, and I know where I am going to stay if / when I return to the area.

Refurbished since I last stayed there. A great improvement to the reception/bar area.
Despite double glazing there was a lot of noise from people leaving club opposite front of hotel in middle of nght.

All staff extremely helpful and courteous. Pleased with food quality and presentation.
No plug in bath but one delivered to room within 5 minutes of reporting. Noise from night club / take away across the road was very intrusive.

Well located and close to all amenities. Staff very helpful and polite. Excellent cuisine. Would stay again;however, I would insist on a room located away from the rear of the Hotel.
Door fixtures were broken and had to move to another room. External noise level was very high due to proximity of adjacent nightclub 'smoking area' filled with raucous nightclub revelers until the early hours!

The room was clean and presentable, the bathroom was stunning, also the outside garden area is very pleasent!
Wasn't bad, just 1 member of staff behind the bar didn't have an idea what he was doing, it was funny really. Was charged and extra £25 online as included breakfast, wasn't too pleased about that!

Nice staff, good location for Loughborough.
Very noisy, walls are paper thin. I could even feel next doors mobile phone vibrating! Terribly run down, paper peeling off walls etc. Whole feel of hotel is poor. Took the lift to first floor as was in room 87, nobody mentioned that you still had to walk up through 2 flights of stairs with your bags! As I have a bad back this caused me some problems. Breakfast buffet looked as though it had been sitting there a week.
