Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Phone didn't work and there was no tv remote until we asked for. Wish the equipment have been looked into before check in guests.

Friendly staff; good location - right by the beach; private car parking.
Bedrooms have old tired decor; tv hanging at an angle from bracket on the wall; bedroom window faced sun for much of day so room as hot as an oven - tip supply a small fan to provide cool air flow; bathroom was darrk and dire - 20+ years out of date with peach bathroom suite; sink hot water tap coughed and spluttered; light over mirror not working; dim main light; worst of all - water drained from bath/shower occassionally comes back up from the drain with associated debris and smells!!

"Enjoyable 2 day stay. Quiet and away from the crowds. Had to travel into Weston for alternative restaurants, but enjoyed trips on open-topper bus. Lovely sunsets over deserted beach."
Situation excellent for quiet break. Had special 2 for 1 deal, so excellent value. Large bar with good range of ales and bar food. Reception staff particularly helpful.
Local transport, ie Open topper bus into Weston, stopped running about 19.00 hrs. Needed taxi back from eating out in Weston

We thought the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
The room was small as it had a double and single bed which caused a bit of a problem as my husband is disabled and partially sighted but in fairness I hadn't put this in the special requests. When we come again I will mention this.

Ordered a twin room but got a 'double', it was changed immediately. Air conditioning unit noisy until 9.30pm and from 7am.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable.
We found the firm mattress a little uncomfortable. We were disappointed to be the only guests for dinner in the restaurant on Monday night. The restaurant was clearly set up for breakfast and we felt a bit like intruders.

Staff were friendly.
The decor at the hotel was tired, the room i stayed in was rather shabby, with stained carpet and broken head board. food was rather bland, and potatoes served at lunch were under cooked. the hotel rooms were nowhere like the ones shown on the internet.
