"Very good"
ver nice lady runningthe guest house
electric showers never give consistant temperature. Most important for business use no wireless internet. Internet on line does not give phone No untill booked, you may have questions prior to booking i.e. internet access - your question below about on line booking I prefer not to, but often dont have a choice, if I do I book off line with real people

"The accommodation was very clean and comfortable but the whole hotel was very dreary as the paintwork was very dark. The place was obviously just undergoing redecoration. I was annoyed that I was charged an extra "

"We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with booking taxis etc. The room was spacious and had everything needed. The bathroom and shower was excellent too. Can definitley recommend the breakfast which was included - full English and very generous with the portions. Service was prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend this B&B to my friends and family."
The rooms were spotless and everything was fresh and welcoming.
could find no fault at all

"More detailed directions to the hotel would have been useful, particularly as i ended up crossing a treacherous roundabout and dual carriageway, unaware there was a subway...Visitor than that i was very happy, the room was clean, modern and well equipped as was the bathroom. Staff were freindly and accomodating. Be aware shops close early in Wakefield!"
Very clean - bathroom also very clean, and modern. Comfortable. Landlady very friendly and helpful.

"Overall we were very pleased the online booking was simple and the accommodation was ideally situated. As we have stayed overnight in other accommodation in different city's and have usually be disappointed we were very please with everything, it was very warm and cosy and we had everything we needed. Although as one point we were looking for a member of staff to ask some information and could not find anyway, our reception on arrival was pleasant and we therefore have no complaints. The next time we visit Wakefield we will definately stay here and have already recommended it to friends wishin to do the same."
We were very pleased with our room as it was very clean, tidy and warm and had everything we required.
