"Good value for the money."
Size of room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, very good shower.
With a 'motel' style building room access not inside building and people going into town for a night out Weekend it was a little noisy late on.

"The blossom trees on the carpark where lovely in full bloom."
A good place to stay and central for our needs
I found no grab rails in the bathroom at all not even on the bath itself. They are a necessities for children and older guests.

"We are hardly in a position to make meaningful comment since we arrived late in the evening and left early on the following morning. We have not previously used your hotels before but will do so again when one is local to the meeting/conference attended."

"Except for the heating issues exceptional value for money booked late and got the room for £37 "
Good accommodation/food and value for money
Cold day when I arrived and the electric heater in the room had been left off and the room was very cold and took 2/3 hours to warm up. The restaraunt was also cold in the evening the waitress realising this sat me next to a radiator

"Excellent. Staff helpful and just like the style of these lodge style hotels."
Really nice hotel for the money. Not too far from the town centre. 2nd time we've stayed here and will definately stay again. Considering a 3 or 4 night break in spring 2009.

"basic standard provision"
basic clean room. access to local Greens lovely pool and gym main reason for staying there. Food cheaper at greens too.

"Private, comfortable, clean and adequate facilities. The staff are fantastic."
Easy access from Motorway, excellent staff, proximity to destination, quiet
The hotel is within a light industrial area whcih at night is rather remote and makes the hotel difficult to find. Once you do come to the hotel, however, it is fine.

"Despite being centrally located in Wakefield, the hotel had an 'out of the way' feel to it. Very pleasant."
Excellent full English breakfast - Piping hot, well cooked and very good value. Really set me up for the day.

"Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay."
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Value for money.
Room would be small if occupied by 2 people. Basic fittings, but you get what you pay for.

"Very good"
clean and simple with reasonable priced restaurant facilities on site Very pleasant and helpful staff
none really - a little bit out of town if you have no transport but bus service close, cheap taxi service into town or only a 25 minute walk to the station

"I enjoyed my stay, the staff were always friendly and helpful, all the staff seem to be french so it does not feel like you are in England."
The hotel is on an idustrial estate and quite close to a main road, but I could barely hear any traffic noise. Food in the restaurant is good value for money.
The plumbing is quite noisy, if someone uses any water upstairs there is quite a high noise level, but this does not happen continuously so it is acceptable. I found it hard to think of anything truly bad about this hotel.

Reception staff have been very helpful throughout the stay and it is very hard to get accomodation at this price anywhere.
from Horsham UK, stayed on July 12, 2008
Considering this is a budget hotel staff were outstanding - they did lots of photocopying, found me an iron, provided extra coffee for my colleague's room and switched the heating on cheerfully and promptly. Wish staff at the other hotels I have used recently were good!
The weather was bad and the rooms were in a different building to the restaurant and bar. This meant that we had to use coats to go to dinner & breakfast.

"Staff were pleasant and our stay was uneventful"
good food location to Pugney park was excellent nice clean room
Noisy bathroom vent, room was hot When I booked online I was asked for my credit card details, only to be asked upon arrival for cash, as the credit card was for security only, this should be said on booking to allow the customer to bring the correct amount in cash with them.

Room was comfortable
Food at breakfast was not pleasant and I ended up with diarrohea and sickness after eating it the first morning of our stay. Also we spent all day everyday out visiting family until late each night and on one occasion arrived back at our room to find that the cleaner had left our window open the entire day....anybody could have just climbed through without any problem and helped themselves to all our belonings. I was not impressed by this! We ahve also been charged more than I was quoted on our booking form and am still awaiting a reply to a letter I have sent to the hotel asking for the balance to be returned to me. One other thing which was a bit wasteful on the hotels part was also the fact that we were staying at the hotel for 6 nights and everyday the cleaner threw out the bar of soap which meant I had to open a new one every day. How silly!

"Probably the best budget hotel in which I have ever stayed. Quiet and clean with a decent bar and restaurant should you need it. Complimentary use of the Leisure centre across the road is a great bonus so bring your kit and/or swimming gear. I sound like I have shares in the hotel but I don't. Now there's a thought..."
Clean, quiet, reasonably priced. Tea and coffee and tasty buttery biscuits in the room. Use of Greens Leisure Club across the road. Sexy French accents too!
I can't think of any bad points. TV channels could be better, maybe, but I guess 5 is enough. Sports TV is on in the bar too.

"Breakfast for an extra cost of £7 was overpriced one can only hope that the staff are paid a fair wage in order to justify this charge[?]. Visitorwise an adequate hotel for any short stay requirements."
Clean accommodation and friendly staff
Location - on an industrial estate. Lack of privacy, the only window in the room was next to a walkway.

"Very dissapointing!"
The hotel was on an industrial estate which was dissapointing and the walls in our room were paper thin and we could hear everything happening in the two adjacent bedrooms, which was not very pleasant! we ended up staying for just one night rather than the two we booked.
