Staff good - room OK
Peas cold at dinner - dreadful noise at 3am woke us up continued for 20 mins. we thought it was a fire alarm, but it seemed to be the heater.

Loved the friendliness of the staff at checkin. really appreciated the offer of the bus pass the next morning. The bed was something else.... really comfy. Lennie Henry is right!!!Breakfast was excellent.Smooth and uncomplicated operation.

Unfortunately, at 0200hrs in the morning there was a rattling noise coming from an air con vent which considering the air con was off caused me to have no sleep at all that night and as i had to be up at 0430hrs for a flight caused me to be shattered for the important day ahead

Excellent in all respects. Proximity to airport terminal, value for money, quality of accommodation but most particuarly I must mention one particular receptionist who remembered us when we checked in from our previous visit and asked after other members of our family. Qutie amazing and she was really charming and efficient. Please could you pass on both to her and her manager our appreciation of her excllent welcome and customer care. We would go again just for her!

We had booked a table at the restaurant well in advance as in the past we have been unable to get a table for the time we wanted. When we arrived at the restaurant desk our name was not on the list, very disapointed, how ever we did get a table in the end. We found the restaurant very warm, a bit to warm to enjoy ones meal.

"Hotel was adequate and conveniently located for the North Terminal. As a result of its remote location you are tied to eating in the hotel restaurant, which was a bit downbeat. Lots of noise at night as people are constantly arriving/leaving."
Convenient hotel for a very early start. It's a Premier Inn so you know pretty much what you're getting. There is facility to park on-site although we didn't.
Pay-for Courtesy Coach which calls at another hotel, then the South Terminal before finally getting to the North Terminal. Surely if you pick a hotel specifically because of its location near the North Terminal, is it reasonable to expect it will call there first? Reception always crowded with extended families. Restaurant not up to much. Bar area crowded.

The special offer operating at the time was excellent. I like knowing beforehand what standard of rooms etc I will receive. Also, I approve of your policy regarding single female guests.
My booking was not on the hotel's list so I had a bit of a wait for that to be sorted out. Also, the service I received in the restaurant at dinner was very poor.

"Very good value for the money 29 pounds on a special offer especially by UK standards."
The room was clean, pleasant and quiet; we were offered a better room with a separate bed for our son than the one we had booked initially, at no extra cost.
I think the shuttle to the terminals should have been complimentary rather than 2.50 per person. We struggled to walk with our luggage from the North terminal, though it is only a short distance to the hotel.

Check-in staff were gorgeous
Dining-room was outrageously hot - the back of my seat was against a wall-vent out of which was issuing heat and the seat was almost too hot to touch. I mentioned this to the waiter but got the impression there was nothing he could do about it.
