"Overall the hotel was ok. The breakfast could have been a bit better but for the money in a seaside hotel it was value for money. Parking could and is a major problem. The family who run the hotel are very nice and all the staff who work for them are plesent and helpful. They are very welcoming."

It was basic but very clean the main thing was everyone who worked there was very freindly which is a big plus in my and my girlfriends book.

decor in bedroom, bathroom was very small if door opened outwards it would make it easier.

as the hotel had only recently been taken over the recent improvements were great ,moving the dining area downstairs was a ggod idea... the rooms are in need of some attention but just fine

"Excellent location this hotle is just a few yards from the pier and the staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfasts are good and plentyful only if you have half hour between 8.30 and 9.00 am to enjoy them."

Good breakfasts, excellent location and friendly staff.

Decor was tatty and the half hour space you get for breakfast between 8.30 and 9.00 am is very limiting. Check out was slightly too early 10.00 am would have been better if extended by another hour.

"ADJACENT PUB/NIGHT CLUB VERY NOISY UNTIL EARLEY MORNING MAKING SLEEP IMPOSSIBLE. APPARENTLY THIS WAS A ONE OFF. EXTERIOR DECOR NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION TO GIVE A GOOD INITIAL IMPRESSION. A BIT DISAPPOINTING TO FIND SPECIAL OFFER ON THE INTERNET WAS NOT SO SPECIAL AS EVEN BETTER TERMS WERE ADVERTISED ON SITE. OWNER AND WIFE NEW BUT VERY PLEASENT WILL PROBABLY GET THE SMALL PROBLEMS RESOLVED IN DUE COURSE. WOULD HAVE TO VISIT AGAIN BEFORE RECOMMENDING TO FRIENDS."

QUALITY OF SERVICE AT BREAKFAST, WAITRESS SEEMED TO LACK INTEREST, ONE CUSTOMER ASKED FOR BROWN BREAD FOR THE SECOND DAY RUNNING TO BE TOLD THERE WAS STILL NON AVAILABLE !.
