Very nice staff and a good indian resteraunt with a discount for hotel guests. Much better value than well known chain hotels I've stayed in this week, and the room was bigger.

The staff of your hotel does not seem to be fair for everyone. Especially Connected spice lounge hotel staff is NOT friendly and VERY VERY rude. That is the reason I would not prefer to stay here even if it is cheaper

"Service was poor, we caught them out lying to us about the reception services. And felt like we were being palmed off quickly. The carpet was filthy when entering the hotel , giving a little bit af a bad uncleanimpression but all in all it was a cheap overnight stay. The room could have been cleaned and freshened up much much more as we felt like it hadent been cleaned properly"

Tea and cofee facilities were half filled with used cup and saucer, and opened milks stacked neatly for us to use. Pillows were really thin flatted than a hedgehog on the M1. Found used tissue in the bed and tissue under the left waifer sorry i meant pillow.In the bathroom urine was left in unflushed toilet when entering the room.giving the impression we were paying for a used room.

Room was clean and generally satisfactory It offered a very good alternative to other much more expensive hotels for a short stay
Shower head lacked the end cap and here was no information about hotel facilities in the room, particularly regarding breakfast arrangements Staff were not very proactive on arrival in explaining hotel facilities and access to the room. No Health & Safety information was given on fire escapes and emergency procedures

Dinner was excellent
Breakfast basic - milk & orange juice not chilled. Given family room instead of twin - who has priority for double bed? Single bed had no bedside light or bedside table.
