Friends room was very clean and nice and roomy

My room was a little on the tiny side and could have done with a lick of paint but all in all pretty good

Very friendly staff

Bad location, Online map showed hotel to be at the far side of the Norbrek Castle Hotel which is why we booked however found hotel a good 15 minute walk in the opposite direction.

"the room was fine. their was 2 adults 2 children.the only problem was we were right at the top of the hotel which meant quite a walk up the stairs as the children were not allowed in the lift.overall a nice hotel with an exellent breakfast and friendley staff."

"The staff were friendly and although we had booked a double room, we were offered the choice of a family room at no extra cost. It was just disappointing how far away it was from the main part of Blackpool. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again - not because of the staff or the hotel itself, but purely due to it's location. I would prefer to stay in a hotel/B&B a little further down the seafront."

There was parking, it was on the seafront and we had a large family room between the two of us.

The room was a bit cold and the heater wasn't brilliant. Shower kept running cold, then hot, then cold. Also, the hotel was miles away from the main part of Blackpool and cost us

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was well situated for access to town centre but quiet on an evening. One minor problem - tv in room did not work properly but not reported as we were never there to watch it anyway."

good view not too close to centre but plenty of trams the landlady was brilliant and had time for every body pleasure going will definitley be going back next year more than once

It was away from the busy Centre of Blackpool which we enjoy. We do not like a lot of noisy nightlife as we are a quiet couple who work hard for our breaks.

I could not see anywhere it could be improved as the room was adequate, the dining room was well kept and clean and the bar was quiet.
